Rule 15.45a
On the second Wednesday of the month of March you can from the time period of 0642 until 0643 discuss the aspects that one particlar edition may have over any other edition of the same game as long as there has been a new edition that has been produced in the past 2 years but only in select countries/states and never on the 37th parallel. If for any reason you do not use this time it is forfeit until the next calender year.

Screw this... I'm breaking off, creating D&D 4th Edition, 2nd Edition! It will be a mix of Pathfinder and 4th Ed but completely backwards compatible with both Rifts and GURPS!!!
