Spirit Totem Question

Liberty's Edge

How much control does a barbarian have over the spirit wisp's? Do you choose who they attack? Do they gain the effects of other rage powers like Reckless Abandon,Elemental Rage or Witch Hunter? What feats would apply? Power Attack, Imp. Nat. Attack, Blind Fight? Can you have it disarm or Sneak Attack, and would an Amulet of Mighty fists apply to it as it's a slam attack?

Liberty's Edge

Also the 20% miss chance, is this concealment? if not would it stack with concealment?

You choose. They are a separate entity and do not use your feats items etc. Its only option is to attack.

In cases where there is multiple miss chance providers you only roll once for the most powerful, example an invisible opponent in shadowy illumination would only roll the 50% not 20% then 50%

Isn't that because its both concealment rolls?

Mostly I want to know if its enough to stop a sneak attack?

While raging, the spirits that surround the barbarian make it difficult for her enemies to see her. The spirits grant the barbarian a 20% miss chance against ranged attacks and melee attacks made by creatures that are not adjacent to the barbarian (typically due to reach)

Well first it is miss chance, not concealment, second you can be attacked up close with impunity, it only affects things that are ranged or reach.

The rogue must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. A rogue cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment.

Concealment

In addition, some magical effects provide concealment against all attacks, regardless of whether any intervening concealment exists.

Blur

The subject's outline appears blurred, shifting, and wavering. This distortion grants the subject concealment (20% miss chance).

Blur specifically points out the miss chance is from concealment. If your DM wants to bend the rules, spirit totem could be called concealment. As written however, it is not.
