So far I really like the Gunslinger, but it seems like they get too much. Am I right in understanding that at 1st, 3rd, 7th, 11th, 15th & 19th you gain access to all 3 Deeds listed? It seems like they should only get to pick one at each of those levels.
They do however seem to be in need of more feats, so maybe as a trade off, give them back bonus feats at 2nd, 6th, 10th, 14th & 18th. Include an Extra Deed feat and they can pick from any list they qualify for.

See this thread.
IMHO, In short: no. A deed is not a feat. Moreover, all deeds open, balanced by grit make him unique.
Seriously, the desigers made the class fine, on the opposite of the first round.
EDIT: indeed, in the same thread I point out that the OP proposal has a lot of direct and indirect advantages, making it very intriguing.

I think access to all the deeds is good. The thing is, the player will decide what deeds he uses, according tot the style of play he wants, and type of character. It gives the class some intrinsic options that are determined by level, and grit level. Soem of the deeds might be used once in a gunslinger's career, but others will turn out to be his bread and butter according to play style. I think it needs to stay that way. It's different from other classes and different isn't bad.

+1
Only thing I would add is make the deeds more potent like the Magus Arcana, allow the gunslinger to pick deeds rather than just give it to them, and provide more deeds.
