Does it take two hands to reload firearms?

I'm seeing playtests going on in which characters wield two pistols (or other firearms) and then reload both of them several times in a round.

I understand that you can get reload times down to a free action now, but what I don't get is how they are reloading WITH NO HANDS.

Doesn't reloading a gun take two hands to do?

I'd say it takes a free hand to reload a pistol. It's still possible to dual wield firearms, though. Just use two pepperbox pistols instead of normal ones, each equipped with weapon cords. That way you can reload one of them ones per round.
