Yes, and everything with an attack roll has a 20/x2 crit rate unless otherwise specified (including touch spells).
This interaction with Spellstrike isn't new - it's been a part of D&D since 3.0 (where touch spells started being able to be delivered via a weapon attack - an unarmed strike in the core rulebook). Every other similar ability just follows the same pattern.
