Is anybody else in the UK or Europe having problems recently with delivery of their Pathfinder subscription orders? Deliveries used to take between one and a half to three weeks, but recently things seem to have gone to pieces.
I've yet to receive PF #20 - a replacement was put in the post on June 4th after it was officaly declared MIA. Same day my copy of the OOTS book War and XPs shipped. The book arrived today - but no PF as yet.
And, I've yet to receive PF #22 - shipped 11th May and as yet no sign of it arriving here.
So, is it just me or is there something about PF subscription shipping with USPS that is different, more problematic, or has changed recently?

I am also in the UK, and I too am still waiting for my subscription copy of Pathfinder #22 (plus the PF Chronicles & PF Companion products in the same package), sent out on 11 May. Delivery times do seem to have gone downhill over the last few months.
In a perverse way, it's nice to know that there's someone else in the same boat.

My last subscription shipment is also yet to arrive, but not so late that its missing. This is the first time its ever taken this long. The previous two subscription shipments were REALLY fast. As in one was despatched a fortnight after the other and then the two arrived within a week. In fact, I think the order with the longer delivery time had taken somewhat less than three weeks, probably closer to 14 days.
I'm not too worried about any delays; I think its just a very temporary aberration that is completely out of the control of Paizo. In fact, I'm inclined to put it down to our own sometimes dodgy postal system! I'm also confident that Paizo will deal with any missing orders to the best of their ability. Also, I ordered the PFRPG poster, and that actually took less than the minimum of 9 days...It'll probably take longer for me to get it hanging on the wall!
I'll keep my fingers crossed for all of us that they turn up this weekend (for some reason delivery's appear to be most common on a Thursday-Saturday. I once had one arrive on a Wednesday. Is anyone else anally retentive enough to have noticed that?)
Best wishes,
Ukos
PS: Forgot to say at the top, but my PF #22 was also shipped on the 11th of May. Something tells me that all off our shipments are sitting on a ship/in a warehouse/in the back of a van together! U.

I think that the worst thing about these kind of things, where a small number of subscribers in a relatively small geographical area all have the same shipment get delayed/go missing, is that I'm sure we will never get an explanation. We will never know if the box just got left on a van somewhere, or if someone in our warehouse mislabeled something, or if someone snatched a box of mail, or any of an infinite number of possible reasons. Furthermore, I still give it even odds that these orders will still show up at your addresses. Or that they will be returned to us. Or that they will never be seen or heard from again. The worst is the not knowing...
However...
There is one thing I do know: Your orders should have shown up by now and there's something I can do about it which will both make sure that you get your books, while still giving just a bit more time for the original to mysteriously appear.
I have put replacements for these shipments into all of your sidecarts to go out with your next subscription shipment. If the original should show up in the meantime, just let me know. Otherwise, I'll be sure that you are all taken care of.
Thanks,
cos

I'm in the same boat as above [especially Mark] with AP22 and Pathfinder Companion: Taldor still missing - both were early May shippers...
I'm in Scotland - is this a UK wide thing or just the North?
Any chance of getting replacements shipped for me too Cosmo as I've recieved my Dungeon Denizens so the above books are way off the delivery loop...
Cheers

Same for me, I'm afraid. That's order 1171641. It seems to be UK-wide, to answer a query above - I'm in London.

Someone seems to be stockpiling Taldor and PF22... any conspiracy theories folks?
I fear nefarious Chelexian posties are at work...
In all seriousness where in the name of Gorum are all these orders disappearing to???
I'd guess, just north of Manchester. See the post directly above yours.

Thanks Cosmo!
My order of that date, with PF #20, and #22 and the outlaws of Mars, did arrive in reasonable time, to just north of Manchester.
Just when I was beginning to wonder if all the UK deliveries of PF #22 had gone missing...

Paul Watson, Paz, crazy_cat,
Thanks for the notice, I have canceled the replacements in your side carts.
White Mage,
Given that these guys' books are suddenly showing up, let's give your shipment the rest of this week to arrive. If it is still M.I.A. at that time, let me know and I will set up your replacements.
Thanks,
cos

Mine turned up last night too! So I won't need the replacement either Cos. Like Paz, PF #23 arrived the same day. There was a big green stamp on the delayed package saying that it had cleared central customs (I think). I've never seen that before, I wonder if it had something to do with the delay?

As I said before, I'm sure that we'll never know for sure, but that seems like a very likely suspect.

They wanted to make sure all those packages going out all over the country wasn't V sending out Guy Fawkes masks....

I was having the same problem...Cosmo the Taldor book I was missing turned up today...apologies if you have already dispatched my replacememt with the Quadira book.
hey Black Dow whereabouts in Scotland are you man..I'm in Inverness..nice to see a fellow Scots Paizonian and Joe Abercrombie fan.
I'm in Aberdeen dude... granite city! Always good to hear from a fellow Joe Abercrombie fan and Scot - perhaps we should get some kindof Paizonian tartan fraction going lol
Cos as a sidenote to our Scottish ramblings - I recieved a note telling me to pick up a book parcel [too big for letterbox] based on the above, the missing books seemed to have successfully migrated north and we can probably assume I've my AP22 and Taldor book too... put any repleacements on hold if you can and I'll get back to you asap if its something else
