Anybody ever hear of eating right 4 your type? A classmate of mine says it's pretty good and fairly accurate. If any of you are wondering I am type O. Looks like I will be picking up another self help book.

It's been pretty well debunked, however... a friend of mine went on it despite the fact that she's a major bread lover and her type indicated meat and veggies only. She started feeling much better. Turned out she's gluten-intolerant. So it might help you find any food sensitivities, if you happen to pick the right diet. But she hasn't lost any weight.

My Canadian bio mom swears by this. Unfortunately, I am A Neg, which comes from my ancestry from the small Scottish isles of the Hebredies. According to that diet, I should be eating a fish-centric diet. Hoever, I really dislike most seafood. So quality of life vs. possible health benefits? Slap that steak on the barbie mate.

A group from my fraternity (including this humble zombie) once did a recreation of the Wayne's World scene of this song for Greek Week. It was hilarious!

Good luck on the smoking cessation. I hope it sticks for you.

Good Morning Mairkurion {tm}!

Treppa and Studpuffin, thanks for the suggestions. I have about a month before the game starts and I still have a lot to put together for my player's guide.

My wife caught me doing the Wayne's World go back in time noise and hand motions, well changing Jude's diaper the other day. He thought it was hilarious.

Something in another thread got me thinking. Most planet's have moons, including Earth. We call ours The Moon, while those moons of other planets get names.

I want a name for our moon! Something cool. Maybe we need to do a world wide vote, or something.

Not at all, but I am responsible for instilling a Charles Addams-esque sense of humor in my daughter, so I might not be a good person to ask.

OK. I thought there was some extra significance to bolding respect. That's what I get for trying to read stuff into stuff.

I have the feeling this crack in the foundation is not going to be cheap to fix, particularly since it is right below the air conditioner. :(
Eh? Wuzzat? A crack in the foundation? Hmmmm...need more data to process.
It's a crack from the bottom of a basement window down about four feet, right where the pipes and electrical service for the laundry machines are placed. Water leaks in when it rains. And it's right under the air conditioner and its concrete pad and a huge bush. :-( :-(
Hmmm....a good masonry expert might be able to get in there and fix it. If not, I've heard of compounds that are really good at bonding with cement and fixing cracks like that - depending, of course, on the size of the crack. I always work better with visuals.
I've heard of stuff that can be injected in the crack [there ya go, Uri] but not if it works reliably.

I hope you are able to find a high enough level Expert to help you with your housing woes!!

In terms of the diet, I too have heard much to-do over this blood type diet. I have had negative experiences with it professionally, but not many people I know of have tried it in my private life. Please let me know how it goes.

I'd vote for 'Pat.' It's gender neutral and pretty non-controversial. If it's too ethnic, something like 'Dusty' might work.

Long Island Railroad. Apparently no one could conceive I was getting on at one suburban stop to go further out - not into the city. Even when I told people that's what I was doing, they assumed they heard wrong and pointed me to the wrong train. It's setting me back an hour and a half.

Hmmm. When I try to subscribe to RSS feeds for a couple of paizo.com threads, it tells me the Paizo store is down. Are the two related? I haven't done RSS before. Is it my browser? My perfume?

Nekkid self-doubt for the top.
