A couple, yeah. Not like I've got a shot in hell.

The most important part of your life for positive thinking are ART and WOMEN.

I wish someone told me this when I was your age.

GAH, I wouldn't have listened.

Great night.

Yay!

His name wasn't Kevin Matchstick by any chance, was it?

Okay trying to decide what I should convert first... the Myst-style books that allow you to literally write your own demiplane into existence, or the ray guns?

What is this "winter" of which you speak?

not if I have anything to say about it.... wunian snow dance with extra pelvic thrusts in AZs direction.

See, I don't get it. You say winter is so awesome, Freehold. But what about all those birds who fly south for the winter. How can so many avians be wrong?

Lesser known winter sports #1: Alpinist fishing

Lesser known winter sports #2: Skate-Fu

Birds are wimps. They never developed fire.

Unless you're talking Russian birds. Rumor has it that one of their native birds inspired the Roc. Rumor also has it the bird is extinct because the Russians ate it.

Back from work. *yawn*

Ending work past midnight has negative effects... I am tired and probably won't write much before going to sleep. Especially that mother probably will want to go to sleep.

ooooh....Not a bad idea but unfortunately no. He's a mummy Lord devoted to nethys of considerable power who was a pathfinder in life and watches over one of their defunct safe houses in death. He has a plethora of death traps and called (not Summoned) monsters there that he forgot about some time ago which have either gone mad or died. He loves nothing more than to have a prowler become a permanent (undead) resident as an invading thieves guild of some notoriety a few centuries back discovered.

Runelords began half an hour ago. The DM has already announced the presence and consumption of alcohol.

Off to sleep. Nighty everyone.

I wrote only one new ability for the mage and made placeholders for two more.

Alcohol already? Sounds like a fun group!

I am being reminded of why it is I need to stay away from certain topics. I will eventually learn to recognize which topics to avoid.

So, how is everyone tonight?

Good, it's a sleepy morning and hopefully I can get my brain working....

Dark Archive

Morning FAWTLers. Hope your mornings are going better than mine. We had a light snow here this morning, not enough to stay, but it was nice to see all the same.

Still sunny and unseasonally warm in Las Vegas. Going to be an 75 degree day.

Freehold' weather manipulator has NO Effect on my city.

G'morning.

So how many PC's can I create >_>
I really should just re-use some backgrounds, especially since they often mesh together anyway.

Scarab Sages

Good morning FAWTLY Folk! Happy Tuesday! Hopefully it'll turn out better than yesterday, which saw me sitting through a 7 hour meeting.

How could I smuggle signets into a mage's abilities?

Scarab Sages

We are supposed to get more rain today, which kind of sucks.

MagusJanus wrote:

Two PCs with climb speeds and ability to create web ropes

100GP worth of explosives

A witch with Slumber

A warpriest with a returning dagger (and daggers as his Sacred Weapon)

A crusader with 20 STR and a Greatsword

An arcane archer magus who crits about three times in a row

Bridges are for predictable parties, we went in from the side

We were level 3 by the way (well, three of us were, my character was level 2 with a level adjustment +1).

Or maybe I just need to add activated ability to mantles?

Aberzombie wrote:

Snow here today and tomorrow. Thankfully right now it's just the powdery stuff. Tomorrow it's supposed to be the icy rain mess.

Scarab Sages

Saw on the news this morning that Shirley Temple died. 85 years old. I recall, as a kid, in the weekends Shirley Temple movies were always on somewhere. Kinda like John Wayne movies. Then they appeared together in a movie - mind=blown!

Yep

Our usual game is a 3.5/PF hybrid so we have a lot of 3.5 options (with a bit of tweaking to bring them up to PF standard, if necessary) available to us.

Scarab Sages

After watching my DVRd episode of Talking Dead, I was flipping through channels last night and caught on Blade. I had forgotten how entertaining that movie was, even if it screwed up vampires.

Scarab Sages

"You weren't born a vampire....."

Say what? Somebody was smoking some good s$!& when they thought that would be cool.

Silver Crusade

It probably doesn't help that this character is prone to rolling under 10 for everything except combat, where she's 15+ every turn. This is my luck in a nutshell >_>

But.....but.....you're doing a Homebrew and having fun! Something's wrong! ;)

Scarab Sages

Incidently, I have decided that if I'm ever reincarnated I want to come back as a yeti.

Technically it's ROTRL but it's been tweaked a bit to fit our setting.

Thistletop is fun when you have climb speeds and grenades =)

I didn't mean to! Especially not with throwing the goblin. That was weird.

Really? Personally I always liked Dracula & Carmilla, where it was implied they were Lamia-style vampires than infected.

Do you need to go on the top of The List?!?

Not really. It's just.....YETI! They're cool!

And sherpa's make hats out of them.

Scarab Sages

All right folks! I'm gonna go see what kind if damage I can do to the universe today.

It's okay. I more focus on making your city cold at night, since it's the desert.

We're not getting that until Thursday.

damn. Still she lived a good, long life and was a philanthropist. My parents had issues with her movies portrayal of black people, but I don't think they held it against her.

loved blade and the brief cameo of the darkhold redeemers/darkstalkers in the second movie.
