A wonderful weekend full of unexpected awesome Roleplaying. Wife stole the show yesterday in Darklight Sisterhood...
Great night.
Yay!
The bad guy then attacked in a badass style (gave him a baseball bat that attacks like a great club)...
His name wasn't Kevin Matchstick by any chance, was it?

See, I don't get it. You say winter is so awesome, Freehold. But what about all those birds who fly south for the winter. How can so many avians be wrong?

Birds are wimps. They never developed fire.
Unless you're talking Russian birds. Rumor has it that one of their native birds inspired the Roc. Rumor also has it the bird is extinct because the Russians ate it.

ooooh....Not a bad idea but unfortunately no. He's a mummy Lord devoted to nethys of considerable power who was a pathfinder in life and watches over one of their defunct safe houses in death. He has a plethora of death traps and called (not Summoned) monsters there that he forgot about some time ago which have either gone mad or died. He loves nothing more than to have a prowler become a permanent (undead) resident as an invading thieves guild of some notoriety a few centuries back discovered.

Alcohol already? Sounds like a fun group!
Two PCs with climb speeds and ability to create web ropes
100GP worth of explosives
A witch with Slumber
A warpriest with a returning dagger (and daggers as his Sacred Weapon)
A crusader with 20 STR and a Greatsword
An arcane archer magus who crits about three times in a row
Bridges are for predictable parties, we went in from the side
We were level 3 by the way (well, three of us were, my character was level 2 with a level adjustment +1).

Yep
Our usual game is a 3.5/PF hybrid so we have a lot of 3.5 options (with a bit of tweaking to bring them up to PF standard, if necessary) available to us.

Technically it's ROTRL but it's been tweaked a bit to fit our setting.
Thistletop is fun when you have climb speeds and grenades =)

I didn't mean to! Especially not with throwing the goblin. That was weird.

Saw on the news this morning that Shirley Temple died. 85 years old. I recall, as a kid, in the weekends Shirley Temple movies were always on somewhere. Kinda like John Wayne movies. Then they appeared together in a movie - mind=blown!
damn. Still she lived a good, long life and was a philanthropist. My parents had issues with her movies portrayal of black people, but I don't think they held it against her.

After watching my DVRd episode of Talking Dead, I was flipping through channels last night and caught on Blade. I had forgotten how entertaining that movie was, even if it screwed up vampires.
loved blade and the brief cameo of the darkhold redeemers/darkstalkers in the second movie.
