Just had peri peri chicken at nandos. I got a little enthusiastic on dribbling the peri peri sauce over my char grilled vegetables, I bet I'll get a stomachache for having too much chili tomorrow.*Offers Kitty a glass of bordeaux, a head scratch and a flank rub*

I cooked green tea soba with glazed teriyaki as a side dish to accompany the soba for my BF. He liked it! Pity I didn't get to cook for his family, but again we were back superlate after we had breakfast after running and it started pouring. So we waited out the rain, leading to really superlate.
Soba is faster to prepare as opposed to ramen. Ramen you need to chop the black fungus, spring onions, and cook the shabu shabu, Soba, just cook the noodles, pour out the soba sauce and dilute appropriately, and heat up the teriyaki chicken in a frying pan.

My brother arrived late last night. We had enough time to make the spare bed and crash. Now, I have a whole weekend to hang out!
Update: I ran my 501st PFS table for him, then he went and got sloshed with our other friends. Is was a great Saturday, now we are at Nap Sunday.

I'm back. rafting trip was fun, but boy are my arms tired.
Girls want bad boys?And The Crucible begins. Countdown to everyone hating Abigail...Have them read Wuthering Heights and try to find a single male in the class who doesn't want to track down and beat Heathcliff to death with his bare hands.
I swear, I've complained about "A*****e Dazzle" on the thread before (the tendency of teen girls to be attracted to execrable males), but Wuthering Heights takes it to a whole new level; Heathcliff has NO redeeming features whatsoever. He's a complete jerk who deserves to be beaten senseless every day of his life. And yet Catherine loves him for totally-inexplicable reasons, and at least in my high school class at least half the girls fell in love with him as well.
It was a serious "WTF?" revelation moment for me...
I think its more about confidence. Plus some women seem to be attracted to men that are not interested in them and are intently focused on something else. I think maybe its the challenge or maybe they are attracted to his passion for whatever he has it for and hopes she can get some of that moved towards her? I don't just theorizing.

Just invite the boy to dinner and make sure you do a lot of cooking that involves a large cleaver.
