Super Jude is giggling away, see FB. My one group finished the Price of Immortality trilogy of adventures last night and we are moving on to Carrion Crown. My other group continued Serpent Skull today, and despite one of the players trying to get them killed continue on.

There is PIE.

Angry pie that will spoil a movie, but keep you from spoiling an evening.

Wanted to make a quick comment as I need to get to sleep and get up bright and early (don't know about bright as it'll still be dark given the springing forward of time)...

We had a random encounter of an ogre charging at us. The gnome witch decided to be bold to get to him from behind to cast a touch spell, but he caught her on an AoO as she stepped within 10'. Smacked her for 19 hp with his club and sent her flying by dropping her to -5. We're all 2nd level, btw.

The goblin alchemist in the party shrieked, "GNOME RUN!" Laughter ensues for several minutes.

He makes an amazing beef stew.

The secret is in the stew.

Liberty's Edge

You shall roux the day... if by day I mean stew. Or gravy.

Sounds great.

Does anybody know if the Morkoth was ever updated anywhere? Or perhaps if it is OGL? Seems like something Necromancer would have grabbed at some point.

I've got some amazing roux recipes. In fact, one of the best I've seen is from The Encyclopedia of Cajun and Creole Cuisine.

Do you ever read something that's so full of ignorance you just want to break down and cry for the human race. I did, just recently.....

Nearly every day, yes. All it takes is a brief perusal of news headlines. :P

Daylight savings time is evil. :(

On the bright side, I did get a great parking spot. Looks like a lot of people forgot to set their clocks ahead.

Morkoth can be found in the 3.X Monster Manual 2. I don't think it's been updated more than that.

Try the comment sections on Yahoo news. That's always a good place to start if you've been feeling too positive about the world.

True. Reading many of those coments usually makes my brain hurt. I'm betting most of those people have stock in Tylenol or something.

Well, Roger's suspicions that Jessica was having an affair with Marvin proved groundless, although the revelation didn't help him during his run-in with the legal establishment. Meanwhile, Eddie and Dolores were busily planning there return trip to Catalina, not realizing that they would soon be on the run from a corrupt judge carrying out his own insidious agenda. And, across town, several weasily characters were attempting to....No, wait! That's my soap opera!

Oh hell no. One of my rules of thumb about reading news sites is 'NEVER read the comments'. My opinion of humanity is negative enough without that kind of reinforcement. ;)

I've got a brother who keeps saying that. Sometimes I wish.....

<hypnosis>Come to Texas. Texas is the place to be. You can find all the Pathfinder games you want in Texas...</hypnosis>

My brother interviewed with Boeing, and is hopeful. The job would be in Virginia. It'd be sad to lose my only family in the area, but working at NASA right now is not a stable or relaxing thing... :(

I can't fathom the devastation Japan experienced.

Link to a truly horrifying site: before and after sattelite pictures of coastal areas hit by the tsunami in Japan: http://www.abc.net.au/news/events/japan-quake-2011/beforeafter.htm

In good news, I heard from Yumi, my best friend from Japan, and she's still living in Kagawa-ken, and is fine. She asked for prayers and well wishes for Japan. I inquired after her friends and family, but haven't heard back.

HAPPY PI DAY, FAWTLIES!

My second cousin lives in Japan with her husband. I haven't heard if they're OK. Guess I need to call her mother. Been praying for them all since this started.
