Huzzah!

Nekkid huzzah's are definitely something to celebrate.
Then again so are naked hussars'.... especially if you are a Hessian lass.

Scarab Sages

Nekkid dwarves!!! That'll send the orcs screaming in fear!

Scarab Sages

Hmmm....Nekkid dwarf berserker barbarian.....

Scarab Sages

Yes, my phone automatically capitalizes the word Nekkid.

Scarab Sages

And....that's it for me. I really need to get stuff done. But, this was a good blitz. Thanks for sharing. Bye for now.

Now that's just rude.

And here I thought most undead were immune to cold. That's why I use them after all.

Guess aeglos will have to ask Sabine for confirmation about that theory...

Count the money, Drejk.
Always a good thing.

I got a message with hours. 12-18 on Monday, 6-18 on Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri and Sun. 66 hours... Overtime starts after 39 hours and Sun is paid extra. Assuming that I survive to the payday at all.

liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive!

Expect me to join the horde around Friday... Maybe earlier.

Also, I got sore throat... Meh. Will it pass before Monday or am I screwed?

Texas laughs at your feeble cold magic.

Is that the shelter we've been digging a tunnel underneath?

Rain, rain, rain, and more droplets of rain.

The events of 50 years ago today are the first memory I can attach a date to. As my parents sat on the couch with their arms around one another, weeping, watching the news, the world opened up.

Things on TV were real.

There were many, many cities like Chicago, filled with all sorts of people - real people - a lot of whom didn't even speak our language.

Some of those people, even though we didn't know them, have a real affect on us.

The world was a much bigger place than I ever expected, and it was a terrible, terrible one.

Don't worry, it is shrinking with each year. It might be a side effect of universe expanding.

oh man please do not make my PbP character punch his own head off

yay critical hit/fumble deck! DECAPITATION!

...er....yeah, life is still crazy.

continuing. But crazy.

I hate critical fumbles with the burning passion of a thousand suns. The Penitent's head will only be removed via enemy action. :)

will 15 lbs of turkey be enough for the LPM, First Lady solnes and thier hungry brood of monsters?

only time will tell.

Scarab Sages

Mmmmmmm.....turkey.

My poor little buddy's got a stomach bug. I feel for him, but I feel for us as well....THE STENCH!!!

Isn't it lovely?

Of course, I had to laugh at the silly teens who showed up to school in short shorts and t-shirts, only to complain of the "freezing" cold rain.

Shadow Lodge

It's a cold November rain.

I like 15 lbs turkeys. They are small and light and easy to hang on hook...

Silver Crusade

Evening, all. What did I miss?

Silver Crusade

Work has been wild. Not bad, just a whirlwind of crazy. I can't wait for the long Thanksgiving weekend.

Day of the Doctor tomorrow!

WOOT!

Envy. It's not showing anywhere near me. And I'm not driving all the way to Nashville on my first Saturday off in a while (for a show that's probably long since sold out).

I hear you. The nearest one to us is down in San Rafael (I think). I asked Crazy if he wanted to go, and he said he'd be more comfy in front of the TV, with clean bathrooms and hot food nearby and not costing even more.

Fourth week.

Last weekend of life before grind starts.

*sigh*

I should check numbers on that lottery ticket I bought yesterday.

1000 mg paracetamol... Ugh, tastes terrible, like if someone added spoon of salt to thin black current juice. Equivalent Polish medicine tastes much better.

A reconstruction of an argument in the youtube comments field between two One Direction fans as played by two elderly British actors.

Quite brilliant.

And bleh. A 22-year-old from my hometown got killed in Syria today. Which means he's in the right age-group to maybe have been one of the kids I taught.

Scarab Sages

Good morning FAWTLY FOLK!! Happy Saturday! The boy seems to be doing much better today. Looks like he's over his stomach bug!!! Woohoo!

I am not a Doctor Who fan. Not because I don't like it, I just never got into it when it restarted a few years back and never really had the overwhelming desire to play catch up. I have seen some episodes here and there, but am not a regular watcher.

That being said, even I'm a bit excited about the 50th anniversary and impressed by the show's overall longevity. Maybe I'll try to watch it tonight.
