Scarab Sages

It's one of the books I hate only a little.

Scarab Sages

nekkid hate! Freehold will be so proud of me......

Scarab Sages

Finally got around to reading the first issue of the long-awaited, new Sandman work by Neil Gaiman. I've still got most of the original Sandman run! That's one of those series that was just made of awesome!!

Scarab Sages

And...the wife informs me she's going to wake IT up. So much for peace and quiet.

Scarab Sages

Company Christmas party is on the 7th of December. Yeah, just 3 days before the wife's C-section is scheduled. Don't think we'll be attending that one.....

Scarab Sages

Methinks I hear the sound of approaching beast!

Huzzah! Now if only I could get you on Facebook! I'd show you the wonders of Inked and Sexy.

I'm sure there's a way to get me inked and sexy without dallying in zuckerberg's face of books.

Napping two days in a row? It's like we won the f+$~ing lottery!

I apparently stopped napping after I'd turned one. My parents says it was great, cause it meant I fell asleep early in the evening and slept till morning. They also say the staff at the daycare were less thrilled.

You, sir, are a genius!

Not sure why I didn't think of looking that up before.

Assume the fetal position and goes to sleep

I hope all of you in the path of today's Weather are staying safe.

Mmmmm. Cinnamon caramel banana bread pudding. Deelishoush. Must take that idea to Mars with me.

Well, we just had the weirdest GURPS game with the second group ever yesterday.

Our characters are nazis marching into Stalingrad. Historically Foregone Conclusion, anyone?

Apparently there was a tornado that formed about 4 or 5 miles south of me, headed northeast, and tore hell out of a town about 10 miles east of me. I slept through it all and when I woke up found I hadn't lost power. Not even a flicker.

HELLO....

Inked women are beautiful. My wife refuses to get a tattoo because of her fear of pain. I am still considering getting the assassin's creed, along with explanation, on my back. But I'm not in shape enough for that.

No...don't go to Mars...

Why do I imagine two certain themes from the Legend of Zelda series playing in Azlanti and Thassilonian ruins during campaigns?

Stone Tower Temple's theme plays in my head whenever I imagine Thassilon, while Azlanti ruins make me think of the Spirit Temple theme.

It's just been raining heavily here today. Sky was grey like tartarus' welcoming shores in the afternoon, with a fog so thick, I swear I could have reached out and grabbed a piece of it.

Now to figure out which countries in my campaign world are evil...

Whichever one the PCs happen to be travelling through at the time, of course!

Bright and sunny in the Vegas Marathon yesterday. For all you Slaads, you missed a great chance to "egg" people from around the world.

We might finally get some rain - we've had next to nothing since December, and the fire danger is still high, even though it's November.

We had a small windstorm here yesterday.

Also, I'm so tired I almost spaced out on my coffee break.

My wife has two (and counting). Go ahead, be jealous. :)

Good morning FAWTLY Folk! Happy Monday! I hope you all have an awesome day!

So long as the main theme plays both in the overworld and in the final climactic dungeon before the last boss, it's a win for me.

I know a few people with tattoos, my sister included. My parents don't approve. I myself could never get one. I hate needles.

Scarab Sages

In truth, I don't think I shall have one. Woke up with a sore throat yesterday, which quickly translated to a clogged sinus. Took stuff to help in the morning and again in the evening, but it wired me up a bit and I did not sleep well at all. And I still feel Blargh.

Scarab Sages

Plus, I get into the office and it appears the AC is off. So it's a bit warmer than usual. Slightly annoying.

Scarab Sages

I myself have two tattoos. I've been considering a third (and perhaps 4th), dedicated to my kid(s), but we'll see.

Scarab Sages

But on the plus side, Walking Dead was awesome last night! Go Governor!

Scarab Sages

Also, I've nearly succeeded in teaching the boy how to be a sumo wrestler. Go me!

Scarab Sages

All right folks! Gotta log off and get to some work. Plus I gotta plug in the phone. Battery's way down. Later! Have a good one, all! Positive waves!

hi everyone

Hi your self Aeglos! :)

AZ, your boy's bedtime routine sounds much more exciting than my boy's.
Of course, My boy is now 10, and waffles between thinking dad is awesome, and yelling 'Dad! Your embarrassing me!'. (Which is also awesome)
:)

Of course my 14 year old daughter has been going through the same thing for a few years now, so I've had practice.
She's about the right age to begin enjoying properly embarrassing on purpose.

Right now I have her so afraid of what I'm going to do on the day a boy arrives for her first date, that at this rate I won't have to worry about her dating until she's 20. Maybe 30!
:)

a representive survey determined that Hessians are among the happiest Germans (together with Bavarians) and that in Hessia the East-Hessians, like myself, are the most happiest

*does happy dance*

S'far's I heard, there's protocol fer this.

*ka-click ka-chunk*

Still alive...

I know because being dead does not hurt...

Ouch, I didn't know that there are muscles there...

I earned a bit, but for balance I haven't got any submission accepted for Wayfinder :(

Is Iliana Erengielsdotter (Gädda) a cool character name or not?

Spoiler:
In reality it's the name of the Swedish 15th-century Steward-of-the-Realm Sten Sture the Younger's mother. The "Gädda" is in parentheses because family names hadn't come into use yet.
