This is how I may have to pay bills after 3 years w/o stable employment.

Good Morning FawtL's! So I see Kirk told you guys about our big summer move. :) Im very excited. Its a whole new ball game for me. No more retail. Ill be doing payables and apprentice accounting.

My new boss is very agreeable and laid back. So much so that I am to write my two year contact myself and he will tweak it if he feels it needs it. I was hoping you could help me Sebastian.. if you have some time. I have no idea how to even begin. This request for advice is not limited to the pony.. in case any of you other professionals have a few spare minutes :)

hi everyone

Heya Aeglos. How's the weather in Deutschland?

I don't know what weatehr is in Germany but here in southern Poland weather was warm and beautiful... Until I went for a walk and it started raining. No big deal, only a little water falling down from sky but exactly when I wanted to make a longer walk.

I live in the American Southwest and I love a good rain or lightning storm. Safely inside a house mind you, but i love them none the less.

finally a bit warmer but rainy, around 15*C 60*F
weekend shall be even warmer and sunny

AMEN.

I've told people offline several times that if nothing else the skies in Tennessee are full of a lot more natural art than the rather inexpressive skies of Arizona, but that goes completely out the window when a thunderstorm comes. The lightning art you get out of a good desert storm is really incomparable to anything elsewhere.

During a normal rainstorm or just a generally cloudy sky, though, Tenn's clouds are a lot more interesting to look at. Phoenix really only got three flavors: clear skies, wispy thin clouds, or flat grey overcast.

Should I eat whole liter of icecream now or should I leave half (ok, a bit less than half) for later? Decisions, decisions, why adult life involves such difficult decisions?

Save it for later as a reward for saving it for later. :)

The storms last night hippity-hoppitied all around the area but missed us. Our sirens went off three times and it did rather sound like a train once, but we stayed in the basement so don't know what was going on overhead. I was afraid my computer was a casualty of the sudden power outages but it seems to be better now.

The good news is that it's now in the 40's instead of the 80's - much better temp for the folks doing the cleanup of wreckage and trees.

Glad to hear you guys are okay.

Weird, weather's really bi-polar this side of the Grand Canyon. I've been to Arizona twice, once in Aveondale for NASCAR and in Scottsdale near ASU. Great times in the center of Phoenix. Ever been to the Claimjumper. Great restaurant.

I need to get away from media. Right now, I'm looking for antidepressants right now. And some other psychotropic medication to tranquilize the voices in my head.

I passed Claim Jumper frequently in my years out there. For six months it was on the way to work for me, and we went by it pretty regularly any time we were in downtown Tempe. But I never did once actually eat there.

If I ever get a chance to re-visit (which I need to - a friend out there has all my gaming books!) I might have to make a point of stopping by.

Are we still talking about water elementals?

I was distracted by this amorous encounter involving "freeing things of great length from pockets".

(Water Elementals do have complete control of their bodies forms....)

Considering that she should soon find a way to communicate with him/it/her, I fear she may ask "What's your name?"

Sadly the first thing that comes to mind is a superLAME variant of "Aqua". :S

The Exchange

Nen(Persian), "ancient waters".
Troy(Irish), "water".
VARUNESH(Indian),“lord of water”.
ANMAR(Arabian),“clean water”.

Hmmm, I like these but can't decide.

It's always a good time to eat.

Maybe as an elemental it does not have a concept of name and the honor of naming it will fall to the character?

Shame on you!

Arizona (or simply the Sonora Desert) has some of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises you will ever see. Those wispy clouds are magic during dawn and dusk.

Too late for poor icecream... They are on my plate now.

My fridge would not be cold enough to keep them through the night anyway...

A US congressman states there are really big chances of removing need for visas for Poles...

The problem with sunrises is they require you to be awake to appreciate them =P

No excuse for missing the sunsets but being lazy though.

Huh. I am surprised that Poland was not on the visa waiver program already. Well it should be! And that will put you one step closer. Next step: plane ticket.

Poland was considered for long time but we do not meet requirements set by current US laws: IIRC too much % of visa applications is rejected, too much people stays beyond their visa expiration.

Now, some of the congressmen supporting waiving visas for Poland hope that it will be done along the reform of immigration system.

Basically, the girl booking the show got talked into taking me off the bill because I'm not *punk* enough. Yeah, I know, right?

I feel this song is applicable.

Lyrics:
You're not punk, and I'm telling everyone.
Save your breath, I never was one.
You don't know what I'm all about.
Like killing cops and reading Kerouac.

My enemies are all too familiar.
They're the ones who used to call me friend.
I'm coloring outside your guidelines.
I was passing out when you were passing our your rules.
One. Two. Three. Four.
Who's punk what's the score?

Got a friend. Her name is Boxcar.
Cigarettes and beer in El Sob.
Her hair was blue, now it's green.
I like her mind. She hates the scene.

My enemies are all too familiar.
They're the ones who used to call me friend.
I'm coloring outside your guidelines.
I was passing out when you were passing our your rules.
One. Two. Three. Four.
Who's punk what's the score?
