Getting settled in. Having worse allergy problems than I did in North Carolina.

My family drove down here the past weekend, so that was a change. We went to the Renaissance Festival nearby, which was a lot of fun.

I'm hoping I can make it down to Savannah in June. I'll stay until you kick me out. Should be a short visit. :)

I feel more grey and rainy than anything else. :/

We've been having thunder storms.

Also, LPM, I knew you wouldn't let the "gypsy tart" comment pass. I like that Tiffa has a temper ;)

Yes, however it was entertaining.

How have you been Jack?

I have some friends coming over to play board games so I'm looking forward to that. And you?

(Oh and my paper minis are doing well!)

Waiting for the wife to get home so we can take the kids to scouts. Trying to stay dry. It is finally raining here.

Dark Archive

Painting more minis, what a nice relaxing evening.

Will do. I have the kids cleaning out the front hallway closet and am trying to keep my cool from my youngest kicking new playing cards under the lip of the linoleum by the front door rather then take care of them and take a moment to pick them up.

Well, Daddy RSVP'd for the daddy/daughter dance this Friday! Both Daddy and Daughter are super excited.
Also, it was pajama day at the school and Ari actually told us in enough time to make sure we had cash on hand so she could go to school in PJ's. She looked adorable going to class in dino jammies! Made me wish I could wear my Eeyore lounge pants to work! :P

Kellen had yet another PERFECT day at school! <3

And I feel like I got some stuffs accomplished today. Lots of merchandise received and put away and decent sales. Also, I had the greatest coupon find! I got Subway breakfast and lunch for 4 bucks! :D

And i cut Riley's hair yesterday, I think it turned out cute. :)

I hated hair cuts growing up. I couldn't sit still to save my life. :(

I don't touch Kellen or Ari's hair. I don't do a good enough job for school aged kids. But Riley is still home, so he can look a bit ruffled. :)

Now that we're stuck at work all day, it's sunny.

AAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

This morning -- mostly clear and nice (about 55 degrees). Late morning we had a freak snow shower. Early afternoon started warming up and clearing up again (back up to over 50). Now? Seriously overcast to almost foggy and temperatures are dropping again.

You gotta love Colorado...

And now we have a ... blizzard...

Extra long weekend over :-( I have to go back to work today....

I hope everybody had a good Easter.

ANZAC day is getting sadder and sadder no more WWI vets, fewer and fewer WWII vets, Korea, Vietnam, the numbers are slowly dwindling, Iraq 1.0, Afghanistan and Iraq a lot of those guys are still serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Advice for Daddy:

Spoiler:
You might want to bring a deck of cards. Young daughters sometimes ditch their daddy once they spot all of thier friends. I think I got 2 dances with my daughter when she was 8. Lots of bored daddies there that night. Good luck!

I think I've been doing it wrong...
