Cold makes me grouchy, lethargic, sleepy, and unproductive. I just end up sitting around in a blanket or heavy coat and shivering. Can't focus on writing, or reading, or whatever it is I'm trying to get done.
Heat may be uncomfortable, but it's never kept me from doing things. Just set up a fan and I'm usually good to go.
one million times this. I truly hate hot, humid weather, I turn into a puddle of irritated crankyness

Possible girl #3. This is getting really confusing.

Where are you finding these women online?
And by this time, if she wants to 'hang' at the least and attends the same university, there's very few reasons why she can't cough up extant photos. A decade ago? Perhaps. But now? Nuh-uh.

I just don't think that minimum wage in most places in the U.S. constitutes a livable wage--especially considering that most minimum wage jobs don't include health insurance.I suppose it also depends on your definition of livable. I am quite happy with how I live even though some of my friends find it hard to believe I could be. Guess I'm just a man of very simple tastes.
Also, for reference, that great bastion of knowledge, the Wikipedia, lists the federally mandated minimum wage as $7.25 per hour. My state minimum is $8.25, and I make $8.75.
Realistically, I need to hit right at $14.40 / hour if I want to get out of my current financial doldrums. I had made quite more than that, but that's the base I can manage living by myself with a mortgage where I live.
I realistically do not know how people can subside on the federal minimum wage w/o government assistance other than working 60+ hours a week.

You just need to start a fleshlight collection. I have one for every room in my house (including the bathroom and basement) as well as in my car, in my work desk, in my work bag, and in my gaming bag.
Plus a few extras, just for good measure.
You, sir, are a mechanical sexual tyrannosaurus.

That's how I am. I really only need a roof over my head, heat/AC, and some place to store food (all of which come standard in most apartments), plus cell phone and internet, and I'm generally set. I don't watch TV, I rarely travel anywhere not work. The main thing stopping me from moving out now is Chattanooga not having near as thorough a bus system as the Phoenix metro-area had, and not having a car.

I'm surprised you didn't use a more suitable alias.
I was just glad I got to that post before you did. I knew if anyone on this thread would get the reference, it would be you...

Oh, when you meant no extant photographs online, it meant that you couldn't give us a link so that individuals like myself can scrutinize every agonizing curve without descending to objectifying them.

I get to have a meeting with my teams to discuss issues one of them brought up to HR. About how I'm too accommodating in granting time off, and how it puts an undue burden on others.
Undue being that someone in the mailroom has to cover the reception desk for an hour. Oh, the humanity!
Oh, but don't stop approving my requests...
*sigh*
I'm thinking my will save to not slap someone down is at a -20

Poor dude here at work is locked out of the computer system because someone plugged an unauthorized device into his desktop over the weekend. The computer people tell him it was an iPad or iPod (or something similar) - a device this dude doesn't even own.
So now they are telling him that he might be locked out for up to 3 months. F@%!ing insane!
