I worry about the fact that there's still 2010 glasses available.
Souvenirs like this are bought for two reasons: memento factor and "cool" factor.
No offense meant to the Paizo golem, but while he's a decent corporate mascot, he doesn't have the "cool" factor that Seoni does.
Compare, for example, to San Diego Comicon T-shirts. Ones with the old toucan mascot or the new "eye" logo have sold so-so. The year that Death from The Sandman graced the year's T-shirt? You couldn't beat yourself through the fanboys to get one before they sold out the first day.
I know. I tried.
The golem is like the toucan: distinctive, slightly amusing, and unlikely to be offensive to anyone. Those are the job requirements of a corporate mascot.
Seoni, OTOH, would sell better, though would either need to share mascot duties with Valeros, or each of them would need their own separate glass.
And while I don't want to derail this into the "cheesecake" thread, I would certainly pre-order larger quantities of Seoni than Valeros.
You could also go with a goblin in place of the golem, and that would likely sell better, but still not as well as any of the iconics except maybe the gnome or halfling.

Or Norret Gantier absinthe glasses. ;)
I know Chessex did a large line of gaming tie-in glasses back in the 90s. I had the Miskatonic (Go Pods!) collegiate beer tankard (sadly broken now), I still have two of the Whateley Brew Haus pint glasses, and there were a lot of specialized glasses for all the White Wolf vampire clans.

On a more serious note, what can be printed on the glasses is limited by color - only a small amount of colors can be used (like, 4) and the image has to be simple. WAR art is likely out of the question.
Simpler is better - any thoughts on what you'd like? No promises, but feel free to give feedback!

This particular image of Cayden Cailean, specifically the full portrait it's taken from:

That looks like four colors right there: brown, white, some sort of flesh tone, and gray. I'm certain it could be simplified/stylized a bit more to get a similar image suitable for a pint glass or souvenir tankard (especially the tankard) and would also be a reasonable set of colors for a Pathfinder/Paizocon 2011 logo. Actually, the gray and white could both be done as white and that would leave room for yellow/gold for his tankard and accents.

Well - I liked the Golem (have 8 of the glasses, though it's also a commemoration). I'd probably pick one up each year as well.
As for what, I'd love to see some with a Sihedron rune on them. I still get a thrill out of that.

Psst. How about putting your LPM on every glass! ;)

Ya know, maybe instead of a glass (or, in a perfect world, in ADDITION to a glass) we could get a coffee mug!!!
I know I would MUCH rather have a cool PaizoCon coffee mug on my desk at work!
Oh yes. I love my coffee cup collection. I think an Imrijka mug would look AWESOME next to my Harley Davidson and Navy mugs.

+1. Though I plan to grab some of the 2010 glasses, I would be all over a Paizo coffee mug or eight...
