Monk AoOs

I've got a Monk3/Rogue3. This gives me BAB 4, but BAB 5 with a flurry.

I've got a str 16, and lets assume no other bonuses. So my attacks are:

+7 single attack, or +6/+6 with a flurry.

What happens with an AOO? Am I back to +7? Or just the +6? Or do I have the -2 from flurry, yet only BAB 4 (as it's not part of a flurry), so only +5?

The only thing I can find is page 180 of Core says "You make your attack of opportunity at your normal attack bonus, even if you’ve already attacked in the round." Any ideas?

you use your bab 4

With or without the -2 from flurry?

you use your bab of 4. that is definite. I am unsure if you still use the penalty from twf on an AoO. twf does not state that the penalties last a round but that you have them when fighting this way which could mean that you only have them during all the attacks on your full attack action. Other abilities like power attack state that the penalty lasts until your next turn. So I could see how you are not applying twf penalty's to AoOs.

So it is either bab 4- 2 twf penalty +3 str= +5 bonus to AoO

Or it is 4 bab +3 str= +7 AoO

Scarab Sages

monk3 rogue3

regular bab = 2 from monk and 2 from rogue for 4 total

flurry ab = +1 from monk, +2 from rogue for +3 total, effective 5 bab

Any non-flurry attack, which includes attacks of opportunity, and move + attack actions, uses your regular bab.

An attack of opportunity uses your regular bab of +4, plus your str modifier, or your dex modifier if you have weapon finesse.

You do not suffer the flurry penalty unless you're actually flurrying. The penalty for flurry only applies to those attacks, not until your next turn.

With a +3 str bonus, your total bonus for an attack of opportunity will be:
4(bab)+(3str)=7

You will use an attack modifier of 7.
