Under 'Close Range' in the pdf Magus playtest it has this sentence:
"These spells must have only one target."
Does it mean that ray spells that can have multiple targets only have one target? On the other hand, does it mean that ray spells that have multiple rays can not be used for this ability, Close Range?

I'm curious about this too.
I've heard everything from...
...spells like scorching ray cannot be used with this ability...
to
...spells like scorching ray CAN be used with this ability...
to
...spells like scorching ray can be used, but you can only add one ray per attack.

If you can't use Scorching Ray then what good is this ability to use ranged rays as touch spells for. Scorching Ray is the only spell till sixteenth that does damage and progresses as you go up in level. The other rays that I can think of Ray of Enfeeblement, Ray of Exhaustion, and whatever do not do damage. I don't think those rays are on the Magus spell list anyway. It looks like I will have to skip it and use the wand wielder at third level and use True Strike till the last charge. I don't know how much it cost to recharge a wand. One tenth I guess...
