The text of Deflection Aura says:

Deflection Aura (Su): Once each day, you can emit a 20- foot aura for a number of rounds equal to your cleric level. Allies within the aura gain a +2 deflection bonus to AC and combat maneuver defense.

However, it doesn't say if activating the aura is a Full-Round Action, a Move Action, a Standard Action, a Free Action, a Swift Action or an Immediate Action

Which one is it?

Looking at some other "emitted aura" effects in other subdomains, i would guess it is a standard action.

For example, Domain-Magic / subdomain-Arcane gives you:

Arcane Beacon (Su): As a standard action you can become a beacon of arcane energy until the end of your next turn. The aura emanates 15 feet from you(...)

From Core p.186:

Quote:
Supernatural Abilities (Su): Using a supernatural ability is usually a standard action (unless defined otherwise by the ability's description). Its use cannot be disrupted, does not require concentration, and does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

So, since it doesn't say otherwise, it's a standard action that doesn't provoke AoOs.

isn't there a feat to make it a swift or immediate action?

PRD:

In addition, a cleric gains the listed powers from both of her domains, if she is of a high enough level. Unless otherwise noted, using a domain power is a standard action. Cleric domains are listed at the end of this class entry.
