Witch Familiar: Question 2?

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

Does the Familiar level up or does it just stay with the same hit points and such?
If it does level up, does it learn anything new?
Is there anything else special I should know about the familiar?

Read about wizard's familiar. It's exactly the same, the only difference is that it's also a spellbook (it has your spells)

Witch Familiar functions like a Wizard Familiar, which says:

Hit Dice: For the purpose of effects related to number of Hit Dice, use the master's character level or the familiar's normal HD total, whichever is higher.

Hit Points: The familiar has half the master's total hit points (not including temporary hit points), rounded down, regardless of its actual Hit Dice.

And there's a chart that shows what the Familiar gets based on your level. (Natural Armor, Intelligence, and Special abilities)
