I cannot think of one cold spell on the cleric/oracle list.
I suppose you could energy substitute on flamestrike to make it cold. The blizzard oracle power is a supernatural so it doesn't qualify for this revalation. Anyone got any ideas? Am I missing something or did a cool idea just get totally not playtested?
You aren't missing much. We went over it in this thread. Best we can do now is press the FAQ button and see what the devs have to say.

but can you pick your energy type with arcane blast ? although that doesnt have a save dose it so it wouldn't apply anyway.
I guess a multiclassed oracle could get cold spell from another source

would the blizzard special ability benefit from this ability ? its spell like does cold damage and has a save
Oracle 1 / Wizard 19 with the wizard specilising in cold spells XD hehehe
if they made the classes alphabetically maybe they got tired by the time they came to waves

Arcane Blast is untyped damage and doesn't offer a reflex save either way.
Blizzard is a supernatural ability and Freezing Spells specifically affects spells.
The only way to gain any use from this revelation (aside from enemies breaking wall of ice) is to multi-class, or by taking the elemental spell metamagic feat and applying it to cleric spells that deal damage and offer a reflex saving throw (only flame strike and firestorm I think).
