How old are you?

Spoiler:
I did that one time. Wanted it more "real like". Found a program and everything.

Looking back on it, it was probably the biggest waste of time. Never did it after the first day and realized that truth be told, weather doesn't matter enough to map it out for a year. (And no one cared.)

I think I was 25 at the time.

If you actually use it and people appreciate it then it's probably great. If not, then you probably are.

Milk carton. It works.

But how does a milk carton hurt when you hit them with it?

And (now that I know) Sebastian (when he does stuff like that) is just trying to get rid of posters who seem to be trying to derail a thread that he was enjoying. Usually in a light-hearted way for other's amusement. All he wants is things to get back on track -- especially when people go on and on and on and on and on about the same (off-topic) thing without realizing that's what they're doing.

And I don't think I've seen him step in like that until it's already clear that someone has taken things a little too far...

LOL. I'm 38...so probably too old to be spending my time on it. I've never done it for any other campaign, but I've already incorporated some of the weather elements into the story.

What will most likely happen is that I'll use it for awhile, then get away from it and forget that I have this file saved with a year's worth of weather forecasts.

I'll have to take your word for it since eating salmon would kill me. I don't think anything's delicious enough to literally die for. :)
That makes me incredibly sad for you. Damn.
Wow. Really, Lynora? That's awful.

I had to look up what a boxty was. I like potato pancakes and it sounds pretty similar. I'd be interested in more information on the salmon boxty.
I will need to hunt down the recipe for exact details but it was a boxty with salmon and cream cheese/dill sauce. There were some onions, I think. It has been years since I have made it so I can't exactly recall. But I used to make it with scotch eggs on the side.

Mmmmm. Scotch eggs are so delicious. :)

Gun Laws? As long as you are legally allowed to own one, then own one. Not sure about travling with them though...since each state is different
Travelling with guns caused a lot of drama up here in NY not too long ago. I would be very careful if you are carrying firearms between states.
How's that work? Was there some sort of checkpoint set up? I've driven between New York and Vermont, and New York and Pennsylvania with a gun in the car, and had zero problem.
Well, I can tell you that they've(the cops) set up something in front of my apartment building. Once every few weeks, they do regular pull overs searching for guns and drugs. Drives my wife nuts because the angle of the flashing lights keeps her up at night.

Isn't that illegal?

I mean, I ain't passed the bar, but I know a little bit--enough that they ain't gonna illegally search my s+%%.

Can if they have reasonable suspicion. Like the time I was pulling out of a predominately black neighborhood known for it's drug houses, at 2am. I was taking a girl who lived there home after work, but what they saw was cause to pull me over and search my truck. Back then I still thought the best of people, so I thought they were being d&+$#eads, now I look and say "Yeah, I'd pull him over."
