Does spending the day plotting out daily weather for the next calendar year for my Darkmoon Vale campaign make me an anal retentive GM?
How old are you?
Looking back on it, it was probably the biggest waste of time. Never did it after the first day and realized that truth be told, weather doesn't matter enough to map it out for a year. (And no one cared.)
I think I was 25 at the time.
If you actually use it and people appreciate it then it's probably great. If not, then you probably are.

And (now that I know) Sebastian (when he does stuff like that) is just trying to get rid of posters who seem to be trying to derail a thread that he was enjoying. Usually in a light-hearted way for other's amusement. All he wants is things to get back on track -- especially when people go on and on and on and on and on about the same (off-topic) thing without realizing that's what they're doing.
And I don't think I've seen him step in like that until it's already clear that someone has taken things a little too far...

Depends on if it was on-topic or not. (Also, you may need to be a little more creative if you're going to insult him. He doesn't insult easily. I've tried.)

Thanks! That man is clearly a hero for our, as for all, times.
EDIT: Also, I like how close I came to rhyming with it without even knowing what it was.

I find that the framework laid down by Mr. Logue was written for Disney. I love the man regardless though. >:)

LOL. I'm 38...so probably too old to be spending my time on it. I've never done it for any other campaign, but I've already incorporated some of the weather elements into the story.
What will most likely happen is that I'll use it for awhile, then get away from it and forget that I have this file saved with a year's worth of weather forecasts.

There used to be a poster around here who looked like he could be Sebastian's brother. I think he ignored it when I called it to his attention.

You say "good," I say "like a mass murderer." Same difference.
Thanks for the compliment, though.
If not mass murderer, then at least not the guy you want to sit in front of at a porno.

The big white box in the other room keeps buzzing at me. It's been doing that every couple of minutes for the past half hour. I think it wants something.
My wife fed it some wet clothes from the washer a while ago. I have no idea how it could still be hungry!
I'd better go see what it wants.
lol. This is awesome. :D

Can if they have reasonable suspicion. Like the time I was pulling out of a predominately black neighborhood known for it's drug houses, at 2am. I was taking a girl who lived there home after work, but what they saw was cause to pull me over and search my truck. Back then I still thought the best of people, so I thought they were being d&+$#eads, now I look and say "Yeah, I'd pull him over."
