Trimming my FB friends. Gah, Why did I friend all those people for FB games?

Uh I stopped myself from adding people just for games. The line was drawn when my uncle's (one that married into the family) mom added me and sent me a nice little message saying

"Hi this is Jon's mom, please add me for Farmville!"

Access denied!

Or you could just be like me and not use it at all :P

FB is wonderful. You do not say yes to people you do not know. You put your security on High. You don't post something you wouldn't want the world to see anyway. Find long lost friends and relations.

For sure.
I was adding friends of friends and ended up deleting all of them. And my ex-step mom for some strange reason decided to friend me....

He who dies with the most FB friends wins. Err, no.

It's fun to connect, but only to people you want to be connected to.

It's been great for that. And I've added people from here. But yeah, no more FBgamefriends. In fact, pretty much done with FBgames.

Yesterday was not such a great day. Started out with getting up way too early for what turned out to be a totally useless thing mostly designed to make sure that the person applying for financial aid is really who they say they are, followed by grocery shopping in the afternoon. I hate grocery shopping. Grocery shopping with a seven year old who is having a sensory meltdown is ever more fun. As it turns out, altering his routine by going to a different grocery store than he is used to turns an already difficult experience into something totally intolerable. So we'll just have to pick one store and stick with it. And then while we were shopping my kneecap popped out of place. No problem. This happens all the time. But this time it didn't snap back into place. Which hurt like hell. It finally snapped back this morning as I got out of bed, but now it still aches from having been out of position for so long. I'm thinking today can't help but be a better day than that.

Good to see you again, badger.

Silver Crusade

I'm finding myself very puzzled. At about 3am last night, the buzzer rang for our apartment. We said "Huh. I bet someone hit ours by mistake. If it's really someone for us at this hour, they'll press it again." And when they didn't press it again, we assumed we were right.

Apparently today when my partner went to get the mail, there was a note by our mailbox that said, very accusatorily, something along the lines of, "running your dishwasher at 3am is very rude." WTF. We went to bed at 10pm. I assure you we were not running our dishwasher. That pisses me off.

Honestly, I would have rather seen something like the Templar than the Antipaladin. Because really, if you think about it for more than a few seconds, an Antipaladin makes no sense what-so-ever.

But, whatever.

Well, considering that its not a prestige class, I'm very happy with it. Means that any of those Evil NPC Antipaladins I create aren't fallen, but have been trained from day one to be evil. (Which fits very nicely into the campaign I'm planning out).

As for the Templar, well, you got the Cavalier plus the "Sub-Level" alternate paladins: Divine Defender, Hospitaler, Sacred Servent, Shining Knight, Undead Scourge, and the Warrior of the Holy Light.

Honestly I have no idea. I saw a chance to score some free retraining, and I am just dippping my toes into the application process now. I'd rather not join a union, but if I must I will hold my nose and do so.

Yikes. Sorry Sharoth. How much are you out?

My next door Neighbor lost her flat panel TV. As for me...

My (almost) new X-Box 360, the power converter and the controllers for my PS2, Elder Scrolls III - Morrowind, Elder Scrolls IV - Oblivion, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic I & II, my 5 year old laptop, my back pack that had my algebra book and my dice in it, and most of my Dad's guns. My dog and myself are ok. I am waiting for forensics to get here so I can close the door that got kicked in and turn on the AC.

Note - I just received these three X-Box games YESTERDAY, Elder Scrolls III - Morrowind and the two Knights of the Old Republic. I had yet to even play them. GRRRRRRRRR... ~sighs~ Oh well. Such is life.

But those were all mere distractions to keep them from uncovering the true hoard! Your ruse worked well on them!

that sucks, man. make no bones about it. sucks.

If so, why? This makes being good a real uphill battle. If good gives up and walks away, they leave the evildoers victorious on the field. If they resort to like kind, they act evil themselves.
