Dar' eying the two characters, watches them leave the building trying as hard as possible to see what, if anything they might be taking out of the museum.
Perception 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (5) + 12 = 17
He then raises his voice to the others and says "Just popping outside for a while, come and follow if you want!".
With that he leaves the Exhibitionary and follows the two members of Her Majestrix's Expeditionary, keeping about 35 ft behind them, trying not to show he is following them.
Bluff 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18

If someone is going to try to steal the mask, go ahead and do it. Everyone else, let me know what your relative location is.

Dar' feels a certain amount of embarrassment, his face flushed thinking the 2 men were looking straight at him, "I really don't think I was cut out for this cloak and dagger stuff, perhaps I'll just watch and see what transpires. I'm sure Calib is managing to get the mask loaned him by the museum right now." he thinks to himself.
Dar' decides to take his place under a nearby palm, in the shade and watch what transpires. Leaning nonchalantly on the rough surface of the trunk he keeps one eye on the two men and another on the door of the Exhibitory, waiting for his friends to exit. As he watches the two men of Her Majestrix's Expeditionary, he notices what they are doing and tries to make sense of what they are doing out here.
Sense Motive 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
I assume he will be about 60ft from the door, just off the main path to the Exhibitory

Calib Anumari |

"Ok, I've got an idea. While i distract the rest of the guest in this room, i subtly cast a spell of silence over the display and you Heydar, should be able to take the mask without anyone hearing the alarm."
If they agree, Calib will first cast expeditious retreat on himself. Next he will wait untill there is only 6 guests in the room and start a lecture on ancient Osirion (using Oratory and Act to fascinate them), turning their attention away from the mask display.
If any guards are present he will use suggestion ("I'm flattered that you find my knowledge interesting, but shouldn't you be patroling in the other room?"). Once any guards are dealt with and people are fascinated he will keep the fascination and cast silence over the mask display.
On his cue Heydar should move in, grab the mask and run for it. If anything goes wrong and Calib need to flee, he does so using a combination of his already boosted speed (expeditious retreat), his grease spelland his mirror image spell. If any guards should catch up to him he uses glittering dust to blind them.
If he isn't asociated with the theft he will try and cast grease after the last of the party has left the museum.
Action wise it goes something like this:
round 1: expeditious retreat, get everyone in the rooms attention
Round 2: Fascinate
Round 3: Maintain fascinate (free action), Suggestion on guards
Round 4: Maintain fascinate (free action), Silence on display
Round 5: Maintain fascinate, give Heydar his cue.
That is 1 lvl 1 spell, 1 lvl 2 spell, and 4 rounds of bardic performance
If he fails to fascinate all in the crowd, are there are too many guests/guards he suggest they use his wand of silent image and a ghost sound spell to fake a theft from another display

Just so you all know, I have family visiting this weekend and Bank Holiday (its a national holiday in the UK on Monday, whoopee), so I doubt I will be able to post much over this period. Dar would do the following if there is a commotion in the Exhibitory and you want to move on. He will wait outside waiting for all the party to leave out the door. Once out the door, if they are making a fast exit as if chased, will place obscurring mist over the entrance to the Exhibitory.

Calib Anumari |

".. And so the old pharao secured himself a piece of Osirion with this staff. Now if you would join me at the next display, i'm going to tell you about.." Calib lead the audience to a display near the guard, trying to block his vision, and proceed as planned.
If it is not possible, he will sneak in a ghost sound spell sounding like something crashing in the next room

Osiriontologist |

Calib casts Silence on the display, and then Heydar picks up the mask. The guard watching Calib immediately yells, "STOP!"
Roll initiative.
AR = Atun; DG = Devlin; HA = Heydar; CA = Calib
X = guard; S = Scepter
Dar'erthan is near the bottom of the map.

Round 1
Calib casts a Grease spell on floor directly in front of him, catching the nearby guard off-balance. The guard tries to maintain his footing, but falls
Scepter, meanwhile, screams out, "GUARDS, THEY'RE TRYING TO STEAL THE RELIC!" He brings the bayonet of his wand rifle to Atun's face, smirking smugly. "You dont think you're away, do you?" The two guards near the door turn their attention to Atun.
Atun, since Scepter acts ahead of you, a ready action won't work against him.

Osiriontologist |

Before you realized it, almost two dozen guards have appeared to help out at the Exhibitory. Heydar has been restrained, and eventually, Atun, Devlin, and Calib are being led dragged out of the museum, either unconscious, or with restraints.
When you look back around to check on the member of Her Majestrix's Expeditionary, they've gone. The four co-members of your party are taken away, presumably to prison.

Dar'erthan returns into the Exhibitory, seeing the damage caused and where the relic is now. Deciding this is not the time and place to take the relic with all the guards still remaining, he goes outside. casting longstrider on himself he starts after and follows the prisoners to their destination.
He then returns to Scarab Mistral and tells her the failure of the rest of the party at the Exhibitory. He tells her of the involvement of Her Majestrix's Expeditionary and that it looks like they were instrumental in the diasaster that befell. He leaves his details with Scarab Mistral, "Call me, I look forward for the chance to work for you again in the near future. When you gather more Pathfinders to do your work, I may be considered as one who would prove themselves again to you."
