I see no reason why not. You can use Weapon Focus on them so the fact that is says 'weapon' as a shorthand for 'weapon, unarmed attack or natural weapon' has precendent.

Those are natural WEAPONS so yes. Natural as opposed to manufactured weapons, both of which occasionally behave differently, but not in this case.
