I was thinking it might be time for a little (oYo) to the head.

** spoiler omitted **

So nap and then (oYo)? ;)
Gee let me think..... YES!

Sounds like a date then. ;)

That's an "upside"? I only have Taco Bell to remind myself why I don't eat Taco Bell.

You don't like Grade D "beef"? :D

EDIT: Just don't ask where the little Taco Bell dog went... hint ** spoiler omitted **

That reminds me (and I've posted this before) of my friends who went to Taco Bell and they had a sign that said "Now made with spider beef". At least that's what they first thought. It actually said "spicier" but the 'c' and the 'i' were kind of smashed together.

They were trying to figure out just how many spiders it took to make a taco.

Do they have to flaunt it? :-/

CH, how was the vacation? The pics are nice.

Fantastic, really. We loved LA. Beverly Hills left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, and Hollywood was a bit touristy, but we loved West Hollywood, Silver Lake, Pasadena, and a number of other places we visited. There was a great energy there that is utterly lacking in Rochester, NY. Plus the weather was beautiful, which always helps, and the city just smells better, strange as that sounds. We also saw the desert, and the ocean, met up with a few different friends and family who had moved out there, and saw some great places.

Coming back was really the depressing part.

We would really like to move, but it's daunting. It seems like so many things need to line up just right for us to be able to go out there.

Awesome?! I didn't really think so. 8\
Ignore the liberal anti-gun pinko wife of mine, she doesn't understand. :P

You would understand if you weren't such a bad parent. *Runs out of the thread* ;)

Yes. It's just a bit of a dead end, and I'm looking to make some changes.

What are you doing now?

I kid you not: I used to have to do a TPS report. Really. It was called a TPS report.

Gonna finish up here at work, and it looks like we're going to Pizza Hut for dinner.

I'll check back in later tonight.

I hope it's something else, and therefore less expensive.

Nope. It'll cost anywhere from 1700 - 2100. Ugh.

Incidently while we were there, they wanted to check out his knee for their own purposes and boy did he fight back. We warned them not to muzzle him, but they did. He definitely took it off on his own and in the process clawed his own right nostril, which caused him to bleed out the nose for awhile. They had to sedate him so he would remain calm and allow the blood to clot before I'd take him on home. Outside of that, he did very well at the visit ... just hate any form of muzzle and he's strong enough to resist.

In the meantime, I'll be out looking for a corner to turn tricks to make up the dough for this. :P

Looks like my trip to Houston won't happen until Sunday or Monday. I'll get to enjoy my day off tomorrow, after all. :)

If you have some free time, do yourself a favor and map out ahead of time a Half Price Book or two so you can experience for yourself the joy that Mairk and I experience when stepping foot into one. ;)

~shakes my head~ Well, I think that I have "inherited" another 3 to 5 shelves of RPG stuff that my friend left with me when he moved away. I will catalog it under his name if he ever comes back. Also, he left his Atari, Sega Dreamcast, Nintendo Gameboy, Super Nintendo, and one or two OLD game systems. The sad part is that I will probably never use any of that stuff.

Congrats?
~Shrugs~ I guess so. There is some good stuff up there, but it is still not mine. Plus where am I going to put all that s%#~? I already don't have the room for my own s%#~.

Well, if you're running out of room, I can store any excesses here in my basement. It'll only cost you the shipping. ;)

Well, the day is interesting thus far. The police are back. Someone kicked in the neighbor's door last night. Maybe the guys forgot some of their stuff after they got kicked out?

Ugh. I hope these folks are the exception and not the norm at your new location.

Evening to all.

@ Lynora
Glad you are feeling better. I hope your energy/stamina returns soon.

Yeah, but it's really painful. You have to do something. But not this.

Oh, don't you worry; I have no desire to do it myself. The bulldog is our baby and somehow we will see that he gets what he needs.

So I tried to take advantage of a credit card reward deal today, Wal-Mart gift cards at half off. Knowing they would get slammed I logged in ahead of time, but the site still kicked me out when the bell struck one o'clock and I couldn't get back in for a half hour. Guess what? Yep, they're sold out. Bet the aholes only had a hundred to sell in the 1st place. So much for that new lawn mower. Stupid citirewards.

Maybe it's me, but Walmart isn't the first (or the second, or the third...) place I'd think of to get a lawnmower. Sears is where I usually start out at...

Hey M what do you meant that psychologists are full of beans? I am going in for the counseling side. Seeing what I've been through in my life I figured it is the best way I can help who I can. Also I think zoloft is actually working for me.

+1 to the zoloft.

As for being full of beans, he was referring to a poster on your status comment; not the occupation in general.

EDIT: Ninja'ed several pages back by Treppa.

Awright folks. Sorry I didn't post much today, but I just found out that my supervisor is going away to Israel and I had to have my prayers written(4 pages worth) for the wailing wall. Don't worry- Paizo and FAWLTY TOWERS were mentioned in some detail. I'm off for yet another new comic book day- Cloak and Dagger, Inhumans, Blackest Night(the pentultimate issue!), Star Wars Legacy(who lives? who dies? I can't wait!!), and Gotham City Sirens(the wife would kill me if I didn't pick this up) await me. Until tomorrow, where I will be working a shorter day(sometimes working for a Catholic organization has its benefits).

A wife that would kill you if you didn't pick up a comic book? If I were that fortunate. :P

..what Office Space is to the cubicle work environment, Waiting... does the same for those who ever worked in the restaurant biz. Hilarious!

Agreed. Just finished reading a book two days ago on said topic - The Dumbest Generation.

I'm done with it if anyone's interested in it before I debate turning it in to HPB.
