I may want Treppa to take a look at my resume.

Thinking of making a switch from the credit union biz?

Well, sleeping in and staying in bed in a reading seem to be helping somewhat with DeathHeadInfection2010!.
Wow, CH. I found the same coffee situation in Spain, although it sounds like it may be even a little cheaper in Italy. So awesome. And just think: Starbucks actually made large parts of America much better. Ha! People, you don't know what you're missin'.

Feeling a little "stuck" where I'm at. I don't mind the credit union "biz", but I'd like to do something more than I'm doing now.

I am still behind on this thread, but I wanted to say congrats. Sounds like it was a good time. I did see some of the photos and you guys looked great.

alleynbard wrote:Yay! Thanks AB!taig wrote:Woodraven wrote:hey taig how does one get started in GMing PFS? I want to see if I can get it started here in Ames, and I want to know how to get the paperwork going. Also how do I use my society number from the con to my profile here? I found my number on my account page and I don't know how that works. It's pretty easy. You get other people to sign up, you run a game, and you log it (using the forms I had to fill out at PaizoCon). Now, I haven't GMed outside PaizoCon, but I think there's a way to electronically log your games.
Read through the Pfs guide. It's very helpful, and it's a free download.
I am still working through the thread so I am uncertain if this has been addressed. Yes, there is an electronic way of reporting your games.
I organize one of the PFS groups here in the Central Ohio area and if you have any questions Woodraven, I would happy to answer them.
No problem. I had to blunder through my first few months with PFS so I am happy to help out if I can.

Urizen, Moff - happy to help out (Moff, FB message me and I'll give you email addy). However, don't spurn Taig's offer. After all, he just successfully changed jobs, and in this economy, too. He must be doing something right and is probably up on the more recent fads in resume content, formatting, etc. I did a lot of hiring back in the dayand can tell you what I would look for beyond what you wrote, or what I'd read into what you wrote, but I can't get you much in the way of current fads or buzzwords.

Thanks, I'll take flattery from both sides, even if I only butter my toast on one side.

Is this open to anyone? Cuz I just sent in a resume to another position at my day job and I would enjoy another pair of highly critical eyes looking at it before I send it out to people for potential positions at the second job.

I'm being nice to him right now too.
As I said he makes me giggle. I take nothing he puts out at face value. NOTHING. He is a film-maker all right and his shows entertain me. They don't teach much except maybe how to edit.

Just a gentle reminder.
Thank you for the offer, I am more in the mood to run a game right now. I have passed up about 3 games for some strange reason. I am not sure what is wrong with me right now. :/

Thanks, TAD. I have to pass right now, because I haven't even made my character for Moorluck's game, which I committed to earlier. :S
