I tried to play the straightman once. It didn't work.

And the fact that you just denied it and did it means you win a prize. If only you'd used a semi-colon so that you'd have done it in the same sentence and thus won the internetz.

See, Eccentric youngun? I got my old posse and we crazy!

So what the hell? Taig crawl into his den early? Or is he avoiding a certain question I posted.

Awww... that's so cute. His nickname for it is "my minis".

If you want to be contextually accurate, 'stuff' = 'my minis.' ;-)

Now call me crazy, I think I would like to see paizo do an egyptian themed campaign. What do you guys think?

Schweet! What's you're favorite part? The stabbin' or the blastin'? Do you do it from behind or in front?

I would love an Osirian themed campaign, you crazy one-eyed bastard.

Origins starts tomorrow. Let the PFS GMing commence!

The con really isn't as fantastic as it used to be, but it can still be a great deal of fun.

This is high on my Paizo wish list.

For some reason I never noticed that Jeremy's avatar was a one-eyed, snake-like monster. Talk about advertising. ;)

Didn't they have a series of Orision based modules a couple years ago?

I like them both, so it is hard to choose. I think I like the blastin' best. I don't stab from behind yet but I am totally taking a level of rogue so I can do it both ways.

After that I am going into the Epic Gisherrific Blasty Stabber prestige class. Talk about a tier 1 class.

He looks like a spiky version of the original War of the Worlds movie aliens.

Yes, there were two modules, Entombed With the Pharaohs and The Pact Stone Pyramid.

Both were pretty good. In fact, the quality of these modules are what engendered my desire to see a full AP published.

I tried to advertise myself and it still took years of endless "searching" to finally find "the one".

"Searching" can be very tiring. The constant work, long periods of exploration, the disappointment when you find out your assumptions about a person simply does not....measure up.

Well go up to the pathfinder rpg general area and put another request with the thread I started, I'm sure if enough people want it, it'll come to pass.

Funny enough when I had stopped searching and given up, Alex strolled into the GBLTQ meeting on campus, I asked him out the next week and we've been together ever since.

Okay, I need to go pull some minis for the games this weekend. I might be back in a bit, though I do want to take some time to read my shiny new copy of the Gamemastery Guide before bed, so I likely won't stick around for long.

It took awhile for John and myself to really figure out we were destined to be a couple. We had "known" each other before but I had just come out of a relationship and I wasn't really looking for another.

But something happened and I found I liked having him around. It grew from there, though I still often wonder at what point we shifted into our relationship. There are times when it seems as though we have always been together and I often mis-remember details of the past, adding John into the picture when he really wasn't there at all. We will be together nine years this October and I can't imagine how my life would be without him.

Thats really awesome, Alex and I will be together 5 years this fall. We just got married on January 29th, it was funny too because we both kind of said that we needed to get married at the same time. But I can't imagine living without him, I mean we are moving to the UK next year, I know no one there and I'm not worried at all because I'll have Alex.

Thanks for posting that cool link, Flash. I like this quote from page 3 of the thread:

In years to come, we will look back fondly at the first 10 pages of this thread and say,
" Ahh, that's where it started. I remember it like yesterday. Which of us could have guessed what this thread would eventually become..."

Whatever happened to the "I like chocolate milk" guy? I haven't seen him post in a while.

Just watched Lady & The Tramp for the first time in about decade.

Magishs don't die; we multiple. We blastin', blastin', b-b-blastin' & stabbin', stabbin', s-s-stabbin'!

Is that possible? Watching something for the first time in a decade?

I meant that it's been about 10 years since I last watched it.

Morning all! (not naming names for fear of upsetting anyone)

Hope your day is going well. The heat here is making folks crabby, and I have to say I am one of them. I need to venture over the dreaded Sagamore Bridge today and go do some errands in the Pilgrim's hometown (ick). Not looking forward to the traffic.

By the way, question for those on the thread who live in Michigan. Does your state have a reputation for bad driving or did I just encounter two of your worst yesterday? A tourist with Michigan plates almost sideswiped me in a rotary, then another not an hour later pulled out in front of me, causing me to jack my brakes on and skid. Coincedence or a cultural thing? I never had a problem with Michiganers before, usually it's the Quebecois ... =P

*blink*

Far as I know, not really. Bad roads/economy, sure, but bad drivers? (Not that I'm anyone to talk, since I haven't driven in years, I think.)

(Also why the hell am I still up I've been awake for nineteen hours.)

Scarab Sages

Howdy all. I doubt I'll have a good day. We've got this big, all day meeting next week, during which I have to give 3 presentations, and today our technical warrant holder is coming up to Philly to go over all of our presentations.

Presentations, I may add, that were supposed to already be turned over to the folks in charge of the meeting next week. So they've been bugging the crap out of us.

So today will more than likely be one giant annoyance.

The Exchange

Morning, is it messed up that I've only been back to work one day and am already burnt out?
