Hey look, the website's been down for a few hours, and our ISP has no idea when it'll be back up. That is completely AWESOME.

Spoiler: I might've messed up the exact wording of that. I would google it to make
sure I had the reference correct, but... well...

Hey, it's not midsummer yet!
I am so happy right now that I can stream my music through means not dependent on the wired internet in the building. I think I might go insane without Pandora.
I use my laptop as the world's biggest iPod.

I actually own very little music. It would take me hundreds of dollars to buy the variety and quantity of music Pandora delivers to me. And then I would just put it on shuffle anyway.
My iPod is mostly filled with audiobooks. Which, incidentally, the iPod reads as regular songs, so it makes shuffling what music I do own and have on the device inconvenient.
ROFL. This is awesome. ^_^
In other news...ZOMG! WE MISSED YOU OUR WONDERFUL PAIZO BOARDS!
*shares fresh batch of cookies and a carrot cake*
I think a lot of addicts are going to make their way here any second now! Count me among them!
I was going to buy some books off the site this morning, but it was down, I got bored, and spent the money on crack instead.
Mmmmmm...crack.

Did you know that the Russian battleship Oslyabya was the first armored battleship ever sunk by gunfire alone, without any torpedo hits?
I'm all kinds of smart now.
/me returns from lunch.
Oh, good!
They've fixed the entire internet so Paizo.com is no longer the only website in the world!
That's nice. We don't need to be the only website in the world. I think we've done enough just by being the best .
Aww... that means I have to do work now. :(
Our ISP blames our 5-hour downtime on "a bad cable."
I blame our 5-hour downtime on a bad ISP. We will be switching providers ASAP.

<cough>SPOF</cough> Really, 1 ISP? Only one? Ok, we only have one, but we at least have two fibres, over two companies lines.....
:D

Finally .
You guys were EXTREMELY lenient with them. I hope you get someone a bit more reliable. I'd be choking someone the entire time the site was down if it was my site. That is unacceptable.

This was an amazing thread to come back to. I did however spend my time spending 150.00 to send 250 pounds of Paizo goodness to my new place in New Mexico.
This thread also shows why Paizo is above and beyond better than any other company in the world. Yes. The world. What other company would joke like that?
