Snöôplatini!

Heh. I blame all my grey hairs on women. One of them, the fruit of my loom.

Don't imply such things. I'm just a year behind you, but I've never had offsprings, so that could be the clincher. :P

Offsprings age you a lot. Especially when they get to their teenage years.

RPG Superstar 2012

That's when they think you're an idiot...

The way it's looking, that's not something I'll ever find out for myself. (i.e offspring advancing your aging process) :P

Although, I've been skipping the greys and started developing white hairs....but I blame that on my ex-wife and her mother. Heh.

Yeah, family (or ex-family) in general. :)

To be exact, mine are white to. I like it better than the greys.

Saw your latest tagged photos. Those don't look like recent photos, or are they?

Heh. Yeah, taken today after mass and during lunch, actually.

ADD: Ooo, I hate to disagree with JJ, but there IS someone keeping score. His initials are BS.

Spoiler:
Or is it SB? I get those two mixed up so...

Do you and Heathy live anywhere in the same vicinity in Big D?

Heathy continues to avoid me; I try not to take it personally.

He lives in M[censored]. Not that I've driven by his house or anything...

I live in Garland; sorta on the verge of Rockwall; outskirts of Dallas. I sez I lives in Dallas for teh people who don't know where the hell "Garland, Tx" is. It's right next to this valley they backed a river up to somehow and made a big lake outta. Not a lot of natural lakes in Texas.

Ah, those were today? Must've gotten a good grooming since your NYC trip. :D

Wahoo! I'm packed and the alarm clock is set. All I have left to do is shower and shave then hit the sack. But, I don't want to. :(

Oh no, not Garland! I thought you lived in Mesquite. I always get lost in Garland. It's the only place in the metroplex where streets you know are bent into irrational angles, destroying grid navigation. Hey, this explains a lot!

ADD: Man, I feel sorry for that poor guy in Mesquite I've been wrongly stalking.

Garland sounds like all of Virginia Beach.

I got a better hair cut. If I had known it was going to be such photogenic day, I'd probably been vain enough to have dyed the beard.

Where the Thing going?

San Diego, but I can't remember why...

Thanks.

I just noticed that there is a huge honkin' spider web with a huge honkin' spider in the corner above my desk. This is despite taking a broom to every ceiling/wall corner last weekend. Hmmph.

Oh well. Good night guys. I guess tomorrow I will get to see about using the wireless system at the hotel in SD. So, hopefully I will keep in touch.

Don't forget to bring your passport.

Just leave the spider. It'll take care of your place while you're gone. :)

I live on the verge of Mesquite, Rowlett, and Garland; I do tend to get lost in Garland's bizarre labarynthine byways and so skirt it via i30 and/or the eternally gridlocked 635 a.k.a. lbj.

It seems to me that all roads in Dallas or thereabouts must have been old cattle trails; they do meander so, paying no heed to compass, grid system, or common sense. The roads hereabout also tend to have several aliases, many being Generals of some type or another.

San Diego is correct. Work.

The USN RADCAL supervisor's annual conference. I'm not a supervisor or even second in charge at our lab, but our second will be out of town for familial surgery and the super did not want to be gone with him gone. So, they sent me instead.

Now, it is good night.

RPG Superstar 2012

Hopefully, we'll see you again tomorrow.

Having grown up in Oak Cliff, and lived in Oak Lawn, East Dallas, Park Cities, and now North Dallas, for most of my life, they're all second nature to me. LBJ is the worst. It's my main commute now, thank God I seem to be going only in thick traffic with the jam in the opposite directions when I'm in rush hour.

So's mine.

OK, Heathy, I couldn't stop myself. I'll pay you back by staying out of your deep thoughts for...how long? You decide the penalty.

Whomever's responsible for doing the music to cut off the performers giving their thanks is rude. It's not like ole Blue Eyes is on stage rambling away for five hours... :P

Dirty Jobs so much more entertaining than the Grammy's

Probably so, but that's why I have a DVR recording my programs to watch later. Got to compromise. Not like I'm going to work tomorrow. Heh.

Oh, no; on the contrary......

"G K Chesterton, huh? Who the f*%@ is he again?"
Spoiler:
not

Oscar Wilde

Uh, he did Rime of the Ancient Mariner.

Likes me some Fergalicious.

She's a hot little thang. (The visor looks dumb, though.)

Heathy, no way! You've never heard of GKC? (Check my profile under favorite criticism.)

BEP are not really my kind of music to listen to, but if the woman wanted to go see the show and I could afford it, I'd take her. At least their music is catchy.

Agreed on all counts. I did like the alien chicks and the robot dudes. Almost had a Star Wars thing going on there.

That reminds me, I found a site the other day where they combined steampunk and starwars together. I think I got the link somewhere if anyone's curious to its art.

That site is awesome!

Oh, you've seen it, then? I didn't think you were much into steampunk.
