P.S. This is the most ironic statement I've read in awhile.

Out of curiosity, when the kids are asked what you do for a living, what do they tell people? I'm trying to imagine Kellen on 'What my Mommy does for a living' show & tell. ;)

Not sure really. They know the name of teh store, but they have no idea what all we sell. As far as they know it sells clothing. :\

I would love to see the stats for this, and maybe a commision from Butterfrog. :)

It should be wielded by the Paizo Golem as he smashes a malcontent poster into smithereens. :P

Going to run and take a break now. Time for a walk. Talk to you guys in about an hour.

But of course! Baddkitty is just the arch-nemesis of Hello Kitty, so she deservingly gets her own clothing line. It's just a step above Hot Topic. :P

Actually, more like this but as I mentioned; replace Thor with the Paizo Golem. I'd wear that shirt!

Just off the phone with the wife. Turns out she will not be able to be home this morning. Her school bus was in an accident. Hit a patch of ice and bumped into a minivan. Now she has to go take a pee test and waste all her morning doing retraining.
I am glad everyone is ok. Assuming they were? It does seem a bit over board to have to go to retraining, honestly, she hit a patch of ice. It happens.

Yes but the police HAVE to give her a ticket even though it is not her fault.

You have a THOR fetish. It is ok, we dorks need to stick together.

Okay, I decided to call out on it.

According to my geneology, Thor is one of my ancestors.

You know who I would love to see ... even though he's probably way too obscure? Does anyone remember ROM?

You neo-pagan pantheist wanna be. :P

Yep, in fact I used to play the Torpedo in a Marvel Superheroes campaign one time. I loved when the New Warriors brought back Torpedo as Turbo and brought the Dire Wraith back as well.

Man, we're showing our age. I thought the dire wraiths were wicked cool as the antagonists. I always wanted to have ROM's "laser gun" when I was a kid.

Speaking of obscure comics, does anyone remember Nth Man?

No recollection. Any link reference to stir the cobwebs?

Yes but as with Rom and some of the Marvel "new" Universe I for one try to forget.

Nth Man

That would have placed me into my jr - sr year of high school. Unfortunately, I had dropped out of collecting comic books by that time and read more metal music magazines and fanzines. Doesn't seem like it ran too long...?

I'm pretty sure ROM pre-dated the "new" Marvel Universe, correct?

I would say by a few good 10 years

Sounds about right. I used to get all of my comics from my father when he'd pick us kids up for his weekend visitations. Then when I got into music, I graduated from getting a comic book every visit to getting a music cassette every visit. Had to make the sacrifices somewhere.

I wonder what David's Indian name will be. Stampeding Bull? :P

~grimaces~ No. No you really do not want to know how I am feeling today.

Sorry to hear that, Sharoth. Maybe you'd feel better if you went and paralyzed some threads?

Yeah. I read somewhere that there are some people that are trying to break into your cavern and pilfer some of your gaming loot. It may not come out clearly in the text, but if you read between the ascii characters as if you were searching for waldo, then it'll be as clear as day.

Do what must be done! FOR GREAT JUSTICE!

You might check out the one Dreamscarred did for the Half-giant in their open alpha for the XPH to Pathfinder.

Good for you! From my local experience, I think you'll probably find the Catholic staff to be pretty decent. Just don't blatantly teach Mormonism (I already know you won't) and you'd do fine... a decade or so ago, the local Catholic school had a Nazarene math teacher. They got along great until she started teaching Nazarene beliefs (and she opening admitted it) that contradicted the Roman Catholic teachings -- they instantly smote her with the Holy Handgrenade of Antioch.
