First, this feels like a Paladin I'd actually like playing :-)
Question:
Should Exploit Weakness only bypass DR (on a Crit) if the DR *can* be bypassed, i.e. not DR/-?
It just seems... Exactly what "weakness" of DR/- are you bypassing?
Re: Poor Reflex and Evasion (but not Improved)
I saw this questioned, but it actually makes sense to me. They're very similar to Paladins in many ways, who get all good Saves (but not Evasion), but I think having 2 good saves (and Evasion) is actually a good match-up for Inquisitor: not quite as good as Good Reflex Save + Evasion Classes, but better than other low Reflex Save Classes. And it actually makes a Ranger/Inquisitor Multiclass synergize even better (a split Multiclass would get Imp. Evasion this way, while it wouldn't if Inquisitor didn't have basic Evasion), which I think is a great possible combo for "Vampire Hunter" with Favored Enemy: Undead.
Tactical Feats:
I take it the details of these will be included in a separate Feat section in the APG if they are indeed 'normal' Feats available to non-Inquisitors to take?
Overall... I see Rogues liking alot of these Feats, and actually taking them themselves if there's an Inquisitor or somebody else in the party (say, a Fighter) with the Feats.
Duck & Cover: The AC bonus if Ally has shield part seems like it should be described FIRST, since it's simple and direct to explain. Doing so would make the ENTIRE general function of the Feat obvious after reading the first 2 lines or so.
Swap Places: Why same size as you? I could see same SPACE (i.e. 1 square) since that ensures the amount of movement is the same and doesn't present problems of multi-square creatures taking the place of a 1x1 creature, but why couldn't Small and Medium creatures switch places (or even Medium and Tiny, etc...)?

For bypassing all DR...
"I can't be killed. I've been told that a hundred times. You knwo what I've found out? I haven't met an enemy yet that is immune to having an eye pierced, or his throat ripped out."
I really like the class. It's highly adaptable, and it actually makes a fighter type I could be proud of. I expect it to really make a good alternate to the poor ranger, who really needs a lot of forehand knowledge to be effective.
