With regards to the Wind focus's Wind Sight ability:

Spoiler:
Wind Sight (Ex): You ignore penalties to Perception
checks based on wind and the first 100 feet of distance.
At 7th level, you can see and hear into any area (as if
using clairaudience and clairvoyance) within range as
long as there is an unobstructed path for air to travel
between you and the target area (this does not require
line of effect, meaning the path can turn corners and
go through spaces no smaller than 1 inch in diameter).
You can use this ability a number of rounds per day
equal to your oracle level, but these rounds do not need
to be consecutive.

It doesn't list an action for the clairaudience/clairvoyance use of the ability. Please make it clear that it doesn't take 10 minutes to activate! (In fact, I would suggest that the casting time for Clairvoyance/Clairaudience should be drastically reduced as well, but that's off-topic.)

The Waves focus's Punitive Transformation works as Baleful Polymorph with a save based on Will. However, Baleful Polymorph usually allows two saves. Do those both becomes Will saves? Or does the target automatically succeed at keeping its mental and class abilities?

Blizzard doesn't list the number of uses per day; I'm guessing it's supposed to be 1/day like Firestorm.

Does the attack bonus granted by rock throwing stack with the attack bonus
granted by mighty pebble?

Just a couple of things for Oracle;

1> Spell Recovery - It says that you recover your spells each day but no other details are provided. I will use the idea of clerics for now that you need to choose one point in the day that you normally recover your spells.

2> Interesting rules contradiction - Pathfinder Core Rulebook p 221 on 'Spells Gained at a New Level'.

Quote:
Characters who can cast divine spells undertake a certain amount of study between adventures. Each time such a character receives a new level of divine spells, she learns all of the spells from that level automatically.

This is likely a simple fix by stating the character creation rules for Oracle and Iquisitor superceed this rule when it comes to 'Known' spells.
