The NPC's shown in the rule book that are used for various sections like the hot full plate wearing woman on the back cover listed anywhere with their names and classes at all?
Most are from the APs and are written up in them. Am sure someone has a complete list. I do not own all the ap's so I do not
The hot full plate woman on the back cover is one of the Grey Maidens from Curse of the Crimson Throne AP.
They don't look that hot with the helmet off, tho. :)

I think the only time there's an illustration of a helmless Grey Maiden is in Pathfinder #12, Crown of Fangs. That's a very specific Grey Maiden, though.
All of the PC base class illustrations as well as the Eldritch Knight illustration are "iconic" PCs from the Pathfinder Adventure Paths. If you buy one book from each of the first three APs (Pathfinder #1 through #18, each AP is 6 books long), you'll have stats for each of the twelve. Rise of the Runelords has Valeros the Fighter, Seoni the Sorceress, Kyra the Cleric, and Marisel the Rogue. Curse of the Crimson Throne has Seelah the Paladin, Lem the Bard, Harsk the Ranger, and Ezren the Wizard. Second Darkness has Sajan the Monk, Lini the Druid, Amiri the Barbarian, and Seltyiel the Eldritch Knight. Note that those stats will be 3.5 versions of the characters, so they'll need conversion to Pathfinder rules.
Is there a background for the pregen PC/NPCs from the books and modules? or just stats?
