Undead, Constructs, Crits & Sneak Attacks

Rules Questions

Someone in the comicshop said that you can now get a critical hit and damage on undead and constructs, as well as use a rogue's sneak attack damage on it as well.

What book says this? Where's the info for this? I haven't read the Core Rulebook cover to cover, but I can seem to really search this one out....

It'll probably be in the Bestiary, under the relevant types, when it gets released.
I just hope they lower the CR's for these creatures, cause now they're going to be much easier to destroy.

The bestiary isn't out yet, but we've been told by the higher-ups that the only creature types that have blanket immunity to crits (and thus precision damage) are oozes, elementals, and incorporeal creatures. Undead and constructs are specifically an intentionally able to be sneak attacked and critted.

Thanks. Going buggy looking in the CRB trying to find this!!

Undead are supposed to be getting their Cha Mod to HP, but I have no idea what constructs will be getting.

The Bonus Bestiary implies that they will be getting what they got in 3.5 - a flat hit point bonus, based on their size.
