Considering that I paid $50 American for this book, I would expect that such an obvious error wouldn't be overlooked. That's what the alpha and beta editions were there to catch. How do you plan to correct this mistake? The answer had better not be "nothing".

It's come to the attention of the United States government, that certain international countries are concerned about the quality of American produced 'roleplaying games'.

Specifically, the lack of rules pertaining to buckets, barrels, and blankets are undermining their ability to enjoy our American 'roleplaying games'.

I'm calling on all loyal Americans to help international community by quantifying the purpose of bells and backpacks, so that they can be described accurately and expressed in an algorithmic equation. This should help shore up the value of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game.

Your country thanks you in advance.

Oh noes!

All this attention.. what could it do to my self-esteem?!

Spoiler:

:D

Seriously, I felt guilty for the sarcasm, but the implied 'threat' of the original poster kinda pissed me off. Like, "Or you'll do what? Post something unpleasant on another board?"

Now that you point it out, they do.... Guess I found a new evil cult to plague my friends in our game.

If there is a hole it is only most of a bucket.

In response to Mothman: Drill second hole. Use as helmet!

Where are the improvised stool rules? What are the acrobatics checks for standing on an upside down bucket? If I wear it as a helmet, how does that effect my AC? Too many unanswered questions.

I'm sorry, Paizo, but the holes aren't in the bucket; they're in the core rulebook.

Quick; somebody get a bucket and milk Tarren. His udders are swollen and he's getting b%~&%y.

Actually, this is an opportunity. All these questions can be answered in the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game-compatible sourcebook, The Complete Bucket. Once you write it...

Udders = girl.... Tarren, are you are not telling us something? {"Crying Game" music starts playing in the background}

It's ok, hun. I can brush out your tail and add a few ribbons, maybe paint your hooves a nice color. Heck, you've already got great long eyelashes. Are you a Summer or a Winter?

Dude. Buckets aren't in the SRD.
Everybody in Golarion uses skins made from cattle stomachs.

Dude, it was my mistake. I didn't realize man cows didn't have udders.

You see, it's not in the Core Rulebook.

If only they'd included the letter 'B'. Then you would have known all about bovines. Who the hell edited this book?

This says differently.

And I thought they used badger stomachs. Which you wouldn't find out about in the core rulebook, because of the letter 'B' hate.

Liberty's Edge

I think somebody saw Bedknobs and Broomsticks as a tyke, and was so afrighted they peed their pants.
As such, the avoidance of the letter B became of tantamount import.
