Hi!
Like many folks, I've been involved in the hobby for a long time, since about 1979 or 1980. However there was a 6 or 7 year gap in the middle somewhere. I'm married to a lovely lady from the UK, and I have the world's greatest dog (except for maybe yours).
I come from a strong storytelling tradition, having played and GMed Amber Diceless a lot for almost a decade. I actually returned to traditional D&D and Pathfinder right when the first chapter of Runelords was released. I feel one of my own personal challenges has always been think in the mode of the game I'm trying to write for.
Other RPGs I've enjoyed are Runequest, M&M, Call of Cthulhu, Earthdawn… and I’m fascinated by the 3E of Warhammer RPG
Since RPG Superstar 2010, I've done a little freelancing and hope to do some more. The first product I've been involved with Paizo on is, Ultimate Combat. The next is to be announced by powers greater than I, and hopefully there will be more after that!
