But they'd die happy. ;)

Let's say you have a thread that isn't anywhere near as long as this one. It's on page 1, which can consist of up to 50 posts. When the thread is up to 40 posts, numbers 37 and 38 get deleted. People continue posting, until someone makes post number 51. A new page starts. However, the system thinks that, because there are only 49 posts on the thread, there should only be one page. The first two posts on that new page will be "phantom posts", but once someone makes post number 53 (so the thread is really at 51 posts), then everything is in sync again, and you can view the second page normally.
With a thread this long, there have been many deleted posts, and I think that is why it can take a good 10 posts on the new page before it comes up normally.
Gary should read this and tell me if I'm right. Thats a good solid possibility, never thought of that!

Yeah, I have to admit to watching the Backyardigans on purpose too. The music is really good. What?

Well have you put in your ticket for the ref drawing? Maybe my girl friend should be the ref. That would really give the boys low blood pressure.

Sorry, Solnes. Hope you have better luck soon. Solnes wrote: David Fryer wrote: Gotta bail for a little bit. I'm gonna go watch Backyardigans. Okay, I'll behave now... ;P
So I'm not sure which would really be less fun, playing Simon Says with a siren or playing freeze tag with a medusa.

Am I the only one left? I hope the zombies haven't spread from Australia yet.
There is a baked good silent auction at work. I'm trying to win a German chocolate cake shaped like a hedgehog. It will be mine!!!
David Fryer wrote: Am I the only one left? I hope the zombies haven't spread from Australia yet. Nope - I'm still here.
Glad the zombies haven't got you yet.

It's how they cover their approach.

Should we worry about the servers eating Gary when he gets back?
Or did they already eat poor Gary and fake a post from him saying he was "going on vacation"?

Or did they already eat poor Gary and fake a post from him saying he was "going on vacation"? They're probably already looking for Sarah Connor.
Wow, I go get lunch and by the time I get back Sky Net is taking over? ;P

Yeah, I think I may go take a nap. I'm trying to pretend I'm well enough for gaming tonight, and resting this afternoon is probably a good idea.

Why would anyone post on our threads if they just thought our moderators were a bunch of mean, evil jerks, systematically suppressing the "truth" for their own economic gain? People just astound me sometimes. ASS TOUND.
