Naah.
I need to get at least 20 lbs of fat off my gut before 5-10 more years of 5-10 lbs per year gain makes it a real problem, and it's 65 deg f in Dallas instead of 100 deg f, so I no longer have an excuse.

Well yeah, but the oldest has a doc appt at 10, so no school rush. :) I love it!

Well, time to vaccumm and clean up. See ya when I get home. :D

See ya! I might be in bed by the time you get home, but I hope I can get on the boards tomorrow during the workday.

Well hubby was watching a show, so I curled up next to him and enjoyed some quiet. Now with a lil bit of school work out of the way I can go to bed and sleep soundly. I hope you have a good night. And hope to see ya a bit tomorrow! :)

BTW, it is pouring rain here. I stepped outta work and into water about 4 inches deep, covered my feet and up my pants a good 2 or 3 inches! I was still soaking wet when my sweet husband met me in teh drive with an umbrella. Poor thing, we only have lil kiddy ones so he couldn't get under with me and got soaking wet himself. He is so perfect sometimes. I just wanted to share!

Could you send some of that rain over to this part of the country (California)?

Well, I would, but now its sunny and just as pretty as could be.

Good morning folks. :D

Hugh sneaks across the lawn, heading for the wall. He's almost there when Solnes says good morning.

"Good morning!"

Two guards immediately pick him up and drag him back to his cell.

Good night folks (Night is the only explanation for how slow we're going).

I'm not sure that escape is a good word, I think more he was just feeling lonely and was trying to get your attention.

He wandered into the civil religious thread. I swear he knows better. But, he behaved, I was very proud. :D

Well, the baby is so going to need a bath. Peanut butter and jelly sandwich with an oatmeal creme pie for breakfast. He is getting just so wonderfully messy! :D
Awww! The baby just blew me a kiss, he is so cute!
(ok, mommy is done rattling about her baby, had to get that outta my system.) ;)

*sigh* today is one of those days that I wanna stay in bed with the hubby. RL really gets in the way sometimes.

LOL, well the thread isn't new to him. He was on it before I joined you guys here. But he would get so frustrated that he just stopped. Apparently he popped back in just to see last night. Its a dangerous thing when that man gets bored.

Thank you, good luck with your applications. Now i just have to see what the scheduel is going to be like and wether or not I can afford to take this wonderful oppurtunity. I think I could keep the old job for 1 or 2 days, and a friend of mine says that I can clean for her once a week, that should really boost the ole pay check a bit. I just have to figure out gas and childcare costs.

Not yet. They still have two days to call before I write them off though. The problem I have is that I'm not a college student and I'm not buddies with the people who were doing the interview. The guy that interviewed just before me actually drove up with one of the interviewers and had all the questions they were going to ask with him when he got there.

I used to post on that thread too. There are a few people that I respect over there, but there is one person in particular that I stopped visiting the thread to get away from. He actually told me in another thread that he felt it was impossible for him to be respectful and friendly to religious people because stupidity offended him. Once he started posting there, the Civil Religious Discussion took a decidedly uncivil turn and I left.

I believe that some people just were never taught how to interact with other people.

Edit: Or else they just believe that the fact tht they never have to actually interact with the person on the other side of the screen means that they don't have to use normal social decorum.
