The best way to quit smoking is never to start. I wish I had the power to find every kid out there who says "Hmm, that would be a good idea" and just SHAKE THEM! Seriously!
I've always been a habitual person, so I knew, even as a kid, that I'd be hooked if I ever tried cigarettes. Everyone who has quit or is trying to quit has my admiration.
I was 14 when I started. I can tell you about the exact moment..I was sitting in my boyfriends car, with him and my best friend, for the moment, in Garden City at the arcade and we had just finished eating at the ice cream place. I was handed a cig and started to smoke it...my friend made fun b/c I didn't inhale...so I did...and about died choking...but kept on anyways!

I know I pay 1000 per class...
You should come out here an go to SUU. Tuition is $2134.50 per semester and that covers 10-18 credits which is between 4 and 6 classes a semester. f course that is resident rate, but you only have to live here a year to become a resident. The Princeton Review ranked SUU as one of the top 100 small universities in the country and Consumer Reports named it a top 10 value school. Details here

We have gone on a bit. But I will say that I heard you. And i will give it a true shot. It might wait till after finals, but I will try. I will talk with Moorluck and see what he says, I may put it to him in how much more Pathfinder we could afford....
Thanks for caring though...it does mean something...but when I am cranky just know that I am comming here to vent!

They do have an independent study program. My mother-in-law actually handles all of the enrollment for that program.

Save them for later.
McDonald's isn't that far away. :D
I actually put them farther away where I have to get up to get them, as i am a lazy individual, and am currently working on school work, this makes it where I won't smoke as much...they will last me till i am on my way to work at 6.
mmmmmmm....McDonald's......:)

I'm not defending myself, I agree with you all. For the most part. I don't have a hate on for smokes or the companies that produce them. My reasons are pure selfish, I don't want to gain weight, I am weak, and I enjoy it...truly. It is my 5 minute breal that is for just me...and I know I know that with second hand smoke it isn't just me.
I do wish to quit...and am willing to listen to real options...not just lectures...do you all have ideas to help? With the cravings? The weight gain? Anything that helps keep your mind off of it?
If you limit yourselves to only smoking after sex that would limit it to....maybe three cigarettes a day, 5 on weekends? :P

35 seconds of that was all I could take. At least you can understand Ozzy when he sings.
