Has anyone had enough experience with the OGL Witch that they could attempt a Pathfinder conversion? I'm interested in the class because it fits well with my homebrew world, but I haven't ever seen it in play and I'm not good at this kind of stuff anyway. Any help in my attempt would be appreciated.
Word.

The Pathfinder classes seem to packed with more abilities per level than I've seen this class written, I didn't think it would be so simple.
I'm also not using the Sorcerer or the Druid, so I also wanted the Witch to help fill those two gaps.
If I'm not mistaken, you mean the Witch class in the DMG, which *is* rather weak, though it has rather decent spell selection (kinda like the Shugenja class).
While simply updating the hit die and skills would "convert" the class, it wouldn't be "Pathfinderized". Few "splat-book" classes need any upgrades, but the Witch class - even though it's only an example of making your own class - could use a boost for use as a PC class.
I haven't looked at it in a while, but you might do like Druid's Nature Bond and give it a single domain choice from a limited list (charm, death, repose maybe, weather, etc.) If you want something more elaborate you might come up with a witchery specialization - give it powers similar to a school specialization, bonus spells, etc.
Another easy option would be allow some of the sorcerer bloodlines, which shouldn't need much changing.
Edit: Here's a Witch Bloodline that someone came up with.

He could mean the Witch's Handbook from Green Ronin.
So, the DZA, which one shall we try to convert for you?

There was also a Witch class in Dragon Magazine issue #114 and some sort of "Witchcraft supplement" in Dragon Magazine issue #5. LINK
Just thought I would throw that out there as well. :)

I've always thought the Witch was a unique class in general, so I have now started on making it a Pathfinder class. I'll post a link to the class here in a few days. Here is what I have done with it:
I have based it very closely on a sorcerer build. I have swapped out Ecschew Materials for a Familiar.
I have replaced "bloodlines" with "path magic".
The magic paths I am detailing are:
Fate Magic (prophecy / divination)
Pact Magic (summoning / controlling)
Hedge Magic (druid buffs)
Profane Magic (curses)
Lifeforce Magic (healing)
Hag Magic (aberration)

I'm still fleshing out the Pathfinder Witch, but here's a link to a word doc of what I have so far. (I have not yest fleshed out the Witch spell list, but it will largely be the sorcerer / wizard spell list.)
I have fleshed out two witch magic paths (bloodlines). I am stuck though on a decent 20th level power for the Fate Witch. If anyone has suggestions, please let me know.

And here's a web page of the document (although not as pretty looking as the word doc).
