Design Philosophy- Please Don’t Reduce The Challenge Level of the Game!

I think that the game should be challenging, so please consider the following.
* Please don’t change rules so that the game is specifically easier for player characters, as compared to their opponents.
* When you make changes to PrCs, feats, and so on, please consider the effect it might have on bad guys. If it hurts bad guys more than it hurts PCs, please think again. If a change specifically benefits PCs more than it benefits bad guys, please think again.
* I never liked that PCs get over three times as much equipment as bad guys, but now the disparities worse. It would be great if the gap was narrower. Parity for bad guys! :-)

One specific issue I also want to raise here is SR. Let’s not have static SRs, else opponents with it will be less challenging. SR should at the least, increase by +1 per +1 CR increase where a creature with it is advanced, whether from advanced HD, added templates, class levels and so on.
