1116785 and not combined shipping for the month

Just recieved notice I'm getting PF 18 in order 1116785, but because of Christmas the payment on order 1102998 with PF 17 and Osiron was pending so I changed shipping to do only one shipment this month.

Will they be combined as I want to reduce the shipping costs and I delayed specifically to allow this especially with the dollar and the cost of shipping to the UK?

The board appears to have eaten my first attempt at this post.

Unfortunately, order 1116785 has already shipped and order 1102998 has not yet been reprocessed. Therefore I will not be able to combine these two orders. I can either set the contents of order 1102998 to ship with next month's shipment, or I can just process it and ship it separately right away. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

Well can I see the contents of the missing shipment if it's held ie the pdfs and do you have any idea of when the next will ship given we'll now get the last part of the AP before the penultimate one?
