Well, I've got a basic concept I like which I thought up as I was going to sleep the other night. THEN last night at work I was thinking about my villain a little and thought up a really good idea for an Encounter. Then I saw it had to be a Villain's Lair... so I'll have to think up a lair now instead. Mmmm... So what shall it be.

Note: I plan on doing this as a writing exercise even if I don't make the top 32 though.
