I was reviewing the new item creation rules and I noticed something that just makes no sense at all.
Table 15-27 Estimating Magic Item Gold Piece Values
The Special section.
No space limitation
Multiply entire cost by 2
Multiple different abilities
Multiply higher item cost by 2
How is making multiple abilities, like the Belt of physical might, supposed to work?
This isn't used in their item creation, and it makes no sense as right above it there is the same cost for making it non-slotted, an item kept in their backpack. However I don't understand how to apply this rule. It is the cost of everything but the lowest cost ability multiplied by 2?
Can someone please help.
