I've been following along with the Pathfinder Beta rules, though I don't have a game I can use them in right now.
The only "Campaign Setting" books I have are The Pirates Guide to Freeport, and it's associated d20 companion and the Buccaneers of Freeport, and I write My own worlds, so I wasn't working too hard to get the Golarion Campaign Setting book.
Is there going to be a new CS book when the final hardcover Pathfinder rules come out, or is the the final rules book going to be all inclusive and have the full Setting information too?
Whatever the answer, it's not changing My plans to buy the hard cover final rules, I'm just curious.

Paizo folks have said they will not include Gollarion specific information in the PRPG, except for the deities list- which will not be open content.
The Campaign Setting is just about 100% fluff and no rules crunch, so does not need to be reprinted when the final PRPG ruleset comes out. In fact, the CS can work with any rule system.
Now, I know you write your own world and all, but you should look into the CS just to mine for ideas. It is full of cool stuff you can scavenge and adapt to fit your own needs and wants.

Is the CS also the book that shows the holy symbols for the deities that were listed in the PRPG Beta?

That's not quite true, though the rules content is quite light:
Still, the actual rules content is less than 10%, and much of it can be used with either ruleset without any change whatsoever (and the rest is usually easy to update)

True enough, but I'm still curious to know Paizo's plans for the campaign setting book. If they do another print run a year from now, will they keep the rules that are in the book now, or will they tweak the rules to better fit PRPG?

It's going to look pretty ludicrous if they just reprint the same stuff. However, I guess they'd better not make it a subscription item; I might be OK with another, updated, copy but I bet a lot of subscribers won't be.

If we reprint the Campaign Setting, we'll incorporate all the errata we've been tracking, probably swap out a few pieces of art for new art, and certainly rework the crunch to be compatible with the PF RPG rules. I suspect the page of domains will be replaced by a big table of consolidated deity information (like you see on the inside front cover of Gods & Magic). We've no plans for a reprint yet though, so it might be a while.
