Female Half-orc Rogue 1

Sorry again guys, bad week. If I ever hold you guys up again like that please don't hesitate to play my character if you have to DB3. I just hate to stall everyone.

Kora ran past Gavrin to pin the goblin facing him between them, then lashed out with her dagger.

Melee attack: 7
Damage?: 3

Male Human (Mwangi - Bekyar) Sorcerer 2 (Air Elemental Bloodline)

Lashara's next, right?

Shadow Lodge

Kora missed.

Female Human Cleric lv1

Takes a 5ft. step back and cast protection from evil, trying to get everyone in it.

Male Human (Mwangi - Bekyar) Sorcerer 2 (Air Elemental Bloodline)

Sehkola steps back and fires another bolt of lightning at the closest goblin, just barely nicking it ...

Lightning at the closest goblin (1d20+2=17, 1d6=1)

Sovereign Court

Male Gnome Bard/3

damn this one is wily as all hell gavrin yells out as a punch to the face misses ::d20+5(flanking)=8::

male human paladin 2

Elijah continues the grim work of smashing goblins.

::1d20+5=12, 2d6+8=13 ::

Shadow Lodge

Gavrin missed, and Elijah drops one.

Spoiler:
I'm starting to doubt the wisdom of allowing him to have weapon training like a fighter... I may have to use slightly stronger monster in the future^-^! Just kidding... maybe...

male human paladin 2

the best part is I only rolled a 2 and a 3 on damage... even on minimum damage right now I'll do 10 points. It'll start evening out though fighter classes usually look really good those first several levels.

Shadow Lodge

With the exception of any hit by Sehkola's(that he hasn't already killed himself)color spray you have six goblins remaining plus the singing one.

Shadow Lodge

Okay 3 of the color sprayed gobs fall down and hit their heads. A 15 hits elijah while a 9 and 11 miss Sehkola and kora. Will a 16 hit Gavrin? A 21 one hits lashara but the crit isn't confirmed. She takes 4 points of damage.

I know this is a bit late, but with a monk who can turn anything he can pick up into a weapon, It seemed better to post that then. You should realize the fun of something like this Abe, considering your use of telekinesis after Aluka's death during a battle.

Hey I can't help it if Rolf's first question whenever a new meatshield joins the team is, "How much do you weigh?" It's entirely appropiate, I'm just making sure I can get them to where they can full attack faster...

I forgot the monk had taken that ability. By the way, how much damage did that last goblin that hit me do?

Female Half-orc Rogue 1

"Stay still, damn you!" Kora snarled as she stabbed down at the little menace again.

Melee Attack: 13
Damage : 3

male Gnome Monk 1

My AC is 15 so I got hit, as a side note though, I couldn't really use the armor as a weapon cause the goblins were still wearing it, I could have used the goblins themselves though :P

PoE is a single target spell

Um... Kora didn't you say you are flanking with Garvin? You are playing a rogue right? What happened to your sneak attack damage?

Shadow Lodge

Elijah Blair wrote:

I rolled high, 5 points of damage.

Elijah Blair wrote:

it's entirely possible she rolled terribly say a 1 and a 2, that's why I always try to show my math with the rolls so people know what I'm dealing with. Hey Dragonborn can you from now on post damage if you aren't sure if we are hit or not, that way we can just record it ourselves and not have to post a response waiting to see how much damage we took, I mistook elijah's damage as mine. I still don't know how much damage I took.

Unfortunately the real answer this time is that Polytussin clouds the mind. I hate sinus problem season. Sorry guys.

If it's allowed, Sneak Attack Damage: 2. Lovely.

Male Human (Mwangi - Bekyar) Sorcerer 2 (Air Elemental Bloodline)

Lashara's up, right?

normally I would agree... but that was her minimum damage without sneak attack, and when I checked the dice roll through the link, she had left it out, so I thought I would mention it, after all more damage is good damage (for us)! I just wanted to make sure I hadn't missed her moving off or something obvious (I do that sometimes).

male Gnome Monk 1

I still don't know how much damage I took

Shadow Lodge

Sorry I've been busy. Only two points for the monk. And I will try to post the damage with the roll more often.
Did anyone else truly enjoy the snow(those who got any)?

Watch your language! Apparently, the board hasn't gotten around to censoring the worst four-letter word around ... sn*w!!!

Female Human Cleric lv1

Flinging fire is so much fun!
12=10+2
1d6=5
How many more goblins are left?

Shadow Lodge

That's one more down. At this point only six are still pose an immediate threat.

Male Human (Mwangi - Bekyar) Sorcerer 2 (Air Elemental Bloodline)

Sehkola realizes that if this goes much longer, the initially stunned goblins will be back up and around. He unleashes another color spray, trying to catch as many of the goblins as possible in it ...

Shadow Lodge

Two goblins(including the singer), make the save(barely).

male Gnome Monk 1

as the goblin in front of him falls Gavrin turns to see the last two standing goblins, recognizing the singer as the source of the aweful music Gavrin throws one of his climbing Pitons at her then closes with her

::attack roll d20+3=19::
::Damage d4+2=6::

if that makes her fall he closes with the last standing goblin

male human paladin 2

Elijah, looking a little pale from the blood loss of his wounds smashes the singing goblin, "SHUT UP!"

:: Attack: 1d20+5=22
Damage: 2d6+8=14
::

If doing so will provoke an AoO I'll simply smash one of the other goblins instead. If need be I will charge the singer which would reduce my damage by 4 but increase my attack roll by 2.

Female Half-orc Rogue 1

Seeing two of her comrades going after the singing goblin already, Kora closes in on the other, leading with a stab.

Melee Attack: 8
Damage: 4

Shadow Lodge

Gavrin didn't manage to drop her, but Elijah did, again.
Kora you missed.

Female Human Cleric lv1

Lashara moves to assist Kora, but isn't flanking yet. She slashes at the goblin with her scimitar.
"What does it take to make these creatures understand they can't win?"

Scimitar
Melee roll:14
Damage:3(@&*% min damage!)

male Gnome Monk 1
Lashara wrote:

An axe through the skull!

Sovereign Court

Male Gnome Bard/3

um hello? Shekola you know it's your turn right?

Male Human (Mwangi - Bekyar) Sorcerer 2 (Air Elemental Bloodline)

Oops, actually I didn't. Sorry. I believe there are only one or two left standing, correct?

With the majority of the goblins down, Sehkola will pull out his spear and begin dispatching the stunned/unconscious goblins (coup de graces, all around; obviously, he won't go after any that are nearby still-standing goblins in order to avoid any AoO).

Shadow Lodge

That does it for the goblins.
Sehkola

Spoiler:
As you finish off the last goblin you see the one that knifed itself sit up, pull out a tile and smash it in it's hand, the blood flowing from the wound stops and the wound closes.
What do you do?

Male Human (Mwangi - Bekyar) Sorcerer 2 (Air Elemental Bloodline)
Dragonborn3 wrote:

Sehkola
** spoiler omitted **

Sehkola calls out and points at the goblin that sat up. "That one has healed itself!" If he's within melee range, Sehkola will attack with his spear (+1 melee; 1d8+1 damage if someone will roll for me - no IC at work); if it's at range, I'll use my lightning blast (+2 ranged touch; 1d6).

Shadow Lodge

Hearing your shout the goblins crys out and curls into a ball.

"Wait! This goblin isn't a threat to us anymore, and it's obviously scared out of it's mind. Why don't we see what it knows before we decide what to do with it?"
*looks at Elijah*
"It is said that paladins can see the taint of evil in others. Can you see if this goblin is evil?"

male human paladin 2

Elijah starts using a bandage to help stop the bleeding in his side, he stops for a second at Lashara's words and stares hard at the goblin, getting a feel for its past transgressions, and level of malice.

male human paladin 2

"Will you two stop for half a second so I can get a look at the thing?" Elijah looks at the two bickering, "Any question of if it will alert its previous allies is moot with the two of you going at it like this."

Elijah stops for a second, then looks at the goblin again, "What's your name goblin? Be assured if we kill you it will not be while you don't have a chance to defend yourself."

:: Detect Evil on the goblin ::

male Gnome Monk 1

Be assured goblin that the paladin speaks for himself only if you don't answer our questions to my liking, where's the boy?

Gavrin says as he removes the piton he threw from the singers body and cleans it on her clothing. He then stands cracking his knuckles while glaring menecingly at the goblin

Shadow Lodge

There is very little evil emanating from this goblin, so it is still possible to turn away the 'taint' as it was so nicely called. Still curled in a ball the mention of it's demise makes it hard to hear what it's saying

"Name Gip. Have no friends, heard of small hyooman in Twins chamber. Gip not want be here, Gip young and no like fighting. Other goblins tease Gip cause she have gold eyes and have wierd word on arm."

Peeking at all of you 'Gip' squeks in fear upoun seeing the gnome standing over her glaring, and curls into ball again.

"Instead of stating the problems why not suggest a solution when we have a better grasp of whats going on? For someone who like the open sky so much you sure do have a closed mind..."

*turns to Gavrin*

"And you! Stop that, your obviously scaring... her, and that's not helpful."

*turning to Gip and kneeling down to eye level(if Gip stands/sits up)*
"Who are the 'Twins'? Also what is this weird word and why would the others make fun of you for it?"
She speaks in a calm and soothing voice, commonly used to calm young ones.

"Elijah has found little evil in this goblin. Porbably no more so than you wound find in any one of us. Would you kill an sentient creature, that is no threat to us, and risk becoming evil yourself just because you hate like that creature? Your starting to sound like a demon."
