This map should help. Initiative;11
"Dangit! I knew this wasn't going to work. Let's blast the thing and be done with it! Watch out for that ruby!"

Kirwen Wyrmsheart |

Kirwen is in D13, but not for long...
Initiative (1d20+1=13)
"Stay back, girl!" Kirwen shouts to Raven, before turning to deal with the construct.

Black Tom |

Of course Juliare and Brock can act if they like, but the construct has cover until Quickhir moves out of the way. Before that, though, the construct fires its ruby again down the corridor - for 16 points of damage (Reflex 15 for half)!
Any survivors are free to act.

Kirwen Wyrmsheart |

If Kirwen had any intention of following Thrakhir's suggestion, it's clear that the thing's blast of flame has wiped it away. He literally roars in anger, then shouts, "Enlarge!" in a voice far less human than bestial. Enlarge he does, however, beginning to swell upward until his head tops twelve feet and he stares down at the construct in front of him. His skin takes on a reddish cast, and his eyes now show vertically slit pupils.
When his turn comes round again, Kirwen will be twice the man he is now, and occupy C-D/13-14.

Black Tom |

As I was looking up my fortitude save, I just realized that I had the "Hearty" ability for dwarf that gives me a +2 to my saves vs. spell like abilities (which I assume that is), which gives me a 16 for my save. Which would mean I have 1 hp.
No, sorry, the flame gout is a supernatural ability which calls for a reflex save. The fortitude save is to avoid scarring - a houserule. If you failed that, then roll another one.

Black Tom |

Ah well, figured I'd try. And now am horribly scarred (rolled a 3 - InvisibleCastle is being stingy lately). Do you want another Fortitude save?
Yes, the first save is merely flavor, something like singed eyebrows. Failing the second has more dire consequences.

Thrakhir Flyingaxe |

Yes, the first save is merely flavor, something like singed eyebrows. Failing the second has more dire consequences.
Yeah, that would be a 'no'. Rolled a 10. Apparently I have upset the gods at invisible castle. I am assuming this means utter destruction for Thrakhir and will begin working on a new character. ;)

Post got eaten, apparently.
Thrakhir suffers a -2 to Charisma checks and skills (excepting UMD) until his hair and beard grow back in about a month.
Let's see if Quick is more lucky. If she can get out of the way - or if she goes down - Brock can charge the monster if he likes.

Black Tom |

OK, I took the liberty of rolling Quick's save for her to keep things moving. She manages to duck away even as Thrakhir crumbles beneath her, only taking 8 points of damage and landing on her feet.
Feel free to post your actions and I'll try to sort this.

Quick and Spark |

Sorry to everyone for my absence! The Paizo website has been timing-out on me for the past couple days, but obviously not for the rest of you! Argh!
Quite singed, she throws the cape from off of her, and does her best to tumble away from the creature, pulling Thrakhir along with her.
"Blast! The flames come from that ruby, I know it!"

Quick and Spark |

It's completely up to you. Flanking with Kirwen is beneficial to both of you, so combined with the charge, you'll have a nice bonus to attack. I don't know if you can rage any more today, but the thing probably has DR, so you'll need to give it heck to even make a scratch in it. Quick will send a healing burst next round, and try to blast it herself in the next round.
"Give 'em hell if you're gonna do it, just stay clear of those flames!"

Black Tom |

It also have AC 22 or 23 so we won't touch that much even with flanking. It has only taken a small dent from 8 hp damage. I would suggest this is a TPK in-waiting
Don't Brock , wait to see if it continues to attack !
Well, it let Quick drag Thrakhir away when it could have attacked, but on the other hand Kirwen is set to attack it and he could certainly use some flanking help. In the end, it's completely up to you.

Juliare |

After Brocks has charged , Juliare sighs and move toward the construct behind Brock in D9 . He let his bow fall to the ground and picks up his longspear to attack the creature without success

Brock Bright-More |

Not to speak for him, but rather to roll for him. This is what I got. Hardly fantastic, but in the interest of speeding things along...

Quick and Spark |

Ok, in the interest of keeping things flowing, I'll try to tidy up things a little here. The initiative is a little skewed as neither Juliare nor Brock rolled for initiative. Brock's already acted however, after Kirwen and Quick, so let's place him at 10, and Juliare delayed until after Brock went, so let's place him at 9. We know the Construct went before anyone, thanks to that gout of flame, so let's place it at 14. Thrakhir is unconscious, so that would bring us currently to Clark, Raven, and then back to the Construct. Correct? Additionally, here's a slightly updated map.
A possible Initiative order;
Construct 14
Kirwen 13
Quick 11
Juliare 10
Brock 9
Thrakhir 5
Clark ?
Raven?

Black Tom |

Thanks xdahnx. It's been a crazy day at work.
Brock's axe has difficulties finding purchase on the metallic body, and Raven and Clark are careful to stay well away from the deadly automaton.
The construct turns to Brock and proceeds to tear him to pieces with frightening efficiency, hitting twice for 18 points of damage.
Kirwen and Quick, then Juliare.

Kirwen Wyrmsheart |

It's my day for using CMB, apparently.
Kirwen, now fully 12 feet tall, reaches out to grab the construct, hoping to pull it out of the doorway.
Grapple attempt - normally I'd provoke an AoO for doing this, since I don't have Improved Grapple, but since it doesn't actually threaten me, I don't think it can do so.

Quick and Spark |

Quick moves to D5, and channels energy, stabilizing both Thrakhir and Brock, but not bringing them to consciousness.
"Get him out of there, Juliare! Keep your distance! Watch that spear! Be careful, big guy! Raven! Can you squeeze past and get out safely?"
Quick's tone is frantic and distracted, and though she tries to use Spark to heal her friends, it is clear she lacks focus.

Black Tom |

I'm not sure about the AoO. The rules don't seem particularly clear to me, but I'll give you the benefit of doubt.
Kirwen tries to grab the construct but it's too strong for him to hold.
Juliare is up.

Quick and Spark |

Quick screams at the top of her lungs: "Kanto! Stop that thing! Get Kirwen out of there! Make it listen to you!"
She will otherwise delay her action until Kirwen is safe (or dead), and try to use her last healing blast, maximized thanks to spending some Hero Points, to include all the fallen people. Then, we need to get the hell out of here. New map here.

Black Tom |

Raven tries to drag the fallen Kirwen out of the room, commanding the construct in Kanto's voice. "Stand aside, Harold. Just taking out the trash."
Alas, her voice breaks from the stress at a crucial moment, and Harold swiftly catches her on a razor-sharp claw. Juliare has to forcibly restrain a furious Clark from barging in to save her.
Desperately Quick unleashes Spark in a heroically maximized blast of positive energy, healing you all 6 points and waking all unconscious characters.
Since you know better than to move, the construct leaves you for dead and returns to its corner. That's the cue for Raven and Kirwen to get out of there - fast.
Your little tussle here nets you 40 xp each.
Now what?

Quick and Spark |

"I hope that was enough! Get out here you two! Let's just get the others and get back to Beamus. We're finished here for now. We gave it a lick and a promise, but it ain't good enough yet. I say we come back with a plan. Then we'll have a real hog killin' time, but that time ain't now."
Well, that's enough to put Quick at Level 2. A well-placed Obscuring Mist would have really helped there...I say we get the rest of the slaves to Beamus, carrying pretty much anything of value (food stores, clothing, utilities, anything really) back to help lighten the burden of their presence on the poor priest.

Quick and Spark |

Quick makes sure that everyone can hear what she has to say. "We have enough of Kanto's records to show she was engaged in illegal activity. I would have liked more names, too, I agree, but we can't go charging after that thing without a better plan. We have to bitterly understand that whatever that thing is protecting is safe for the time being. If it tore us to shreds, any other fool that goes wandering in there is likely to have the same problems. We'll get what we need, just not right now."
When Quick can pull Kirwen and Raven aside, she'll add; "That was real brave what you did in there. That was a mighty trick. I'm glad to see you both up and walking again. We'll get our revenge, but we'll be needin' to beat the devil around the stump for now."
