I've got a qusetion concerning the way to manage "poison".
If one of my PC is injuried by a poisonned weapon (for exemple Greenblood oil), He must make a fortitude saving throw dc13. If he succeed there's no effect, but if he failed he lost 1CON and 1 minute later he must make another saving throx and if he failed he lost 1d2Con. But how can he gain back his loosing point? Only with neutralize poison? Because none of my pc have this spell. In fact it's a general question concerning poison and heal.
Thanks a lot,
Sempaï

Lesser Restoration, Restoration and Greater Restoration restore lost Ability points from Poison Damage (or other sources).
You
also restore 1 lost Ability points per day of rest.
Ability Drain can only be restored through magical means, but, of the DMG poisons on p 296, only Ungol Dust, Burnt Othur Fumes and Shadow Essence cause Ability Drain.

Ability score damage recovers at the rate of one per day (double for full bed rest), barring any magical intervention. Ability DRAIN is different altogether. :)

Don't forget that with a DC 15 heal check (you can take 10), you double the natural recovery rate of up to six people other than yourself. So it looks like this.
Rest Gives
HP x Your level healed
1 Ability Point healed
Complete Rest OR Heal Skill
HP x 2 x Your Level healed
2 Ability Points healed
Complete Rest AND Heal Skill
HP x 4 x Your level healed
4 Ability Points healed.
This means that even at lower levels, given a day or two in game to rest, a character with at least a +5 to their heal skill can provide excellent recovery for the whole party. Two characters with the heal skill and provide for each other as well, though they can't both take a complete rest.
So a 12th level barbarian with a complete rest and DC 15 heal from a friend recovers 48hp and 4 ability score points per day of rest.
Hope this helps.
Peace out, Game on.
