So do you sit ont he computer all day with Paizo open to respond to specific threads?Oddly enough, it seems that I have a knack for opening the Paizo page mere moments after someone responds to something I've written. If that's a sixth sense, it's not all that cinematic, is it?

Ed, I second everything you say about Ghost in the Shell, with emphasis! Yeap, it's all about the question: What does it mean to be human? I'd extend your endorsement of the film to the entire franchise (films and series), although I've avoided seeing the viewer's digest versions of the series. Altogether, one of my top anime picks. It's been awhile since I watched them all, but my memory says I liked the Stand Alone Complex best. I always wondered if Blade Runner influenced the creation of GitS. I also wonder why the English title is so much better than the Japanese.
I could have done an entire hour on how Ghost in the Shell influenced The Matrix, alone. It's truly a seminal work.

Well, too late. Back when I lived in the Duchy of Urnst I met the Binklesteins, a married ogre couple both suffering from fairly severe OCD. When they slaughtered adventurer/trespassers they separated all the many body parts and gave each type its own ziploc baggie. I remember sitting on a big red bean bag chair in their living room and they gasped in embarrassment. Turns out it was just one of their giant size ziplocs full of bloody hearts that they forgot to finish stowing away in the cool root cellar for winter stews to come. I was cool with it, but man you never knew ogres could blush so brightly. Now they have their special challenges, to be sure, but so do we all, and ever since they moved next door I've seen a local drop off in home invasions.

I got that you meant your own editing, but I was admitting that my attempts to correct your audio left behind it a whole new set of brutal cuts. It's a frankenentry anyway you slice it. ;)

He quickly screws one rod segment into another, like a take down sniper rifle, until a 10' pole swings hither and thither awkwardly like a pale phallic nightmare in the noonday sun. Is this a walking stick for a blind hill giant? An anti-insurgent device to be used against meddlesome squirrels on roofs? No... no this about survival. Stabilizing one end of the pole against his own hip, he stops just short of poking the soft gut of the person claiming to be Seb's mother, knowing well that should Sebastian ever swing by to see this bodies would rain down upon the streets below.::

What universe do you live in? It seems part Matrix and part world of Greyhawk. Very cool but in a warped and stranglet sort of way. Does quantum mechanics work the same way or has the cat gotten smart and just took the bullets out of the gun to insure his immortality?
